Absolutely awful pharmacy staff. Very rude and argumentative. The staff openly talks about patients in front of other clients. The manager is in on the conversations also. One of the techs even yelled my full name across the pharmacy to other employee. I will never return.

bought a scarlet gift card from Walgreens at Morgantown Ky store. the card could not be activated it had zero dollars on it . i called the manager she said there's nothing they can do about this. i called the corporate and after sending photo copies of purchase was promised a refund. i got another response they would not help either passed the buck to scarlet bank who also said there's nothing they could do either. now i have a gift card with no balance. buyer beware Ive been robbed and Walgreens refuses to do nothing about this. i need to seek some legal or other charges against them but i don't think the officials here can charge them with petty theft.Buyer beware don't buy Scarlet Bank gift cards.

I have a prescription I need today. The online automated system said my prescription was received and would be ready by 4:45 today. I got to Walgreens and the pharmacy was closed. The sign says they are closed Saturday and Sunday. So now I won’t be able to get my prescription till Monday.

Constantly having issues with Walgreens with insurance, they’re always trying to charge me and tell me my insurance isn’t working but every time I call my insurance there is absolutely no issues.

If you can't keep people staffed then let people know so they can find a new place to do business. I am out of some of my meds now & the website says you have been in the process of filling them for a week. I understand it is hard to keep people right now but, this is no way to treat customers. If & when I can get my records I will be going somewhere else & thats for sure...

This is literally 100% my favorite place to spend my money in Morgantown Kentucky. It has a sampling of everything from groceries to cosmetics. So unless you need to do a large shopping trip this place is great for the quick run in and get what you need and get out quick. Not to mention that if you shop there on a regular basis Rite aide has the best loyalty card program with discounts around!

My wife just got back from the Morgantown Walgreens where she tried to buy a two-pack of Pataday eye drops. Even though it stocked on-shelf they REFUSED to sell it to her saying something had changed. What they DID sell her were the very same thing INDIVIDUALLY packaged and ten dollars more than the two-pack. Nice bait and switch. They got an extra ten dollars out if us but they are not likely to get any more from us. Back to Wal-Mart for us I suppose!

Ever since walgreens took over rite aid, it been nothing but trouble. Now they have moved the hours back and you barely have time to get there from work in the evening. Today I got there 20 minutes before closing behind 2 cars and pulled up to the window and the clock changed while I was sitting there and a lady came over while another guy was looking for my prescription and told me I would have to come back in the morning because she was shutting the computer down...and she actually shut the curtain right in the middle of the guy going to get my prescription. Really bad for business

Organized and clean store but usually only has one checkout lane open and sometimes none, requiring you to have to find an employee to complete your purchase.
