Gotta be honest, I can't rate the food at the moment because I ordered and paid 37 minutes ago and don't have it yet.Addendum: I never got this food. They "lost my ticket" and then when I asked for a refund the manager marked through one with a pen and assured me it would be charged back. It was not.

So after several months I decided to visit sonic after my last horrific visit. I ordered a large diet cherry limeade, a large strawberry limeade and the new Halloween chocolate trick or treat blast. 3 things and two of them they got wrong. The diet cherry limeade was not diet and they put strawberry pieces in it. I'm a diabetic so I couldn't even drink it even if it didn't taste gross. The chocolate trick or treat blast I ordered for my wife wasn't even chocolate and the cup was barely half full. After waiting for 20 minutes for it to come out, when the employee did come out she went to three different cars before making it to ours and had to ask if that's what we had ordered. The entire time staring blankly at the receipt, that was clearly printed had our order clearly printed along with the stall number. I'm begging to think the problem with this store is with it's upper management, if not the owner. I won't be returning, such a waste of money. This location is not recommended.

If I could give this place 0 STARS I would!! Me and my fiancé stopped by sonic for lunch, and he ordered a coney and some sort of hot dog that was SUPPOSED to have relish, mustard and ketchup ETC I can’t remember what it was actually called on the menu but, what I’m going for is they gave my fiancé his hot dog just as simple as this!!!!!!! Just a bun and a HOTDOG!!!!! We was going to go back to get a refund as well but I was already half way home and considering I live about 30+ minutes from this sonic!!! I will NOT go back here again!

If I could give this place zero Stars I would. Absolutely terrible everything is overcooked and cold at the same time I wouldn't recommend anyone going here. I wouldn't feed this to my cat if I had one. It honestly upsets me to keep going to these type of establishment spending my hard-earned money just to get completely disgusting food.

We ordered at #13. I asked for lettuce on the 3 kids meal burgers. She said to check the screen for accuracy and then pay. (Also she called me baby at the end of every sentence.) Nothing showed up. I did the call button again and a different person answered. I told her no order showed up so I didn't put my card in to pay. She said my order was showing up at #12. It was close to 15 minutes before someone brought out my order. I gave her my card to pay and asked for ketchup. I checked the food and found no lettuce on the burgers. She brought back my receipt and card with ketchup and I asked her to bring lettuce. While I waited I checked my reciept. They overcharged me over $3 total ($1+ of each kids order). I waited for my lettuce that never came and I couldn't ask about the overcharge. I didn't have time to press the button again and wait as I had to go pick up daughter. The topper was that all the food was barely warm. The fries were limp and gross. And the lime slushy tasted terrible, like too much syrup. Horrible waste of $30.

Food was good but the service is very iffy. This is the second time I've had problems paying at the car port. The manager said they've had problems with the card reader. Yep. After trying to pay we were left wondering what just happened. I went to inquire about our order and the manager immediately got defensive. Finally got things straighted out but what a hassle.

First of all, on the website it shows you have Chicago and New York style hot dogs, but when we asked for them we were told they don't carry them. We then asked for onion rings and we were told they were out and it would be 3 hours!!! That is insane! If it takes 3 hours to make onion rings,then they should have had them already cooking! VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞

I'm not sure why but they always mess up orders and do replace them I guess they are trying to do the best they can, not alog of people work there I get they are short handed as is everyone else in the world and food is OK at times some times it could be better and service with a smile couldn't hurt but other than that it's fast food I guess lol can't complain too much.

Terrible service everytime we come. We waited over 20 minutes dor just ice cream ans cheery limeaides. Theyre always out of everything. The reeses blast we ordered barely had any reeses. The limeaid we ordered was watered down and they somehow had no ice to put in them. They took them back to make them again and somehow came out worse with reused lids while using no gloves.

Unsure why, (assuming low staffed) but my friend ordered food earlier. (A number 10 crispy sandwich) and she never got it as her 30 min lunch break ran out. I came to this place an hour later and ordered popcorn chicken and asked for her sandwich to take to her that she had paid for and not gotten. 16 mins I get my popcorn chicken and still no sandwich. Furthermore, out of the entire large popcorn chicken, there where maybe 4 pieces with chicken in it and the rest was hard deep-fried bread. Another 15ins gone by and no sandwich. When I asked about the sandwich, the lady told me that she had reminded them and they forgot again. My friend / co worker has not been able to eat lunch and is pregnant. Thank you to the one person at Sonic that tried to help, but the other 4 people there, please get it together. Fried bread isn't a meal and neither is air. 1 star, if it could be lower, I would.

I could only give 3 stars on service due to the fact that once I received my order in drive thru and paid my total that I sat at the drive thru window for 4 more minutes still waiting for my change. Customers behind me were honking their horns and I tapped on the window and STILL couldn't get anyone to come to the window. I finally pulled away from the window and into a parking spot and had to ask thru the order menu to speak to someone about my change that I was still owed from drive thru... they eventually came out (7 minutes later) and I was told the cashier in drive thru "forgot she didn't give me my chance "!! REALLY?? LIKE IM GIVING YOU A $17.84 TIP???? NOT A CHANCE!!! IT WAS DRIVE THRU!!!

The past 2 nights we ordered ultimate meat and cheese burritos, the first night they had tomato onion and jalapeños, we called the 800 number. went back tonight ordered it again and specifically said do not put jalapeños. Make sure there are none. Get home and they have jalapeños again... 😑 so again wasted money. I give up on them.

Waited over 20 min for our food. When it finally came out both burgers were wrong. One of them was supposed to have everything and had nothing but cheese. The fries were so over cooked you couldn't eat them. When we told them about the fries, they said they would be right out with fresh fries. After another 10 min wait we left. Horrible service, horrible food, employees don't listen to what the customer wants. The most horrible fast food experience we have ever had. Doesn't even deserve a one star rating

Well I sat in a slot for well over 10 minutes with my RED button activated but never had my order taken. So I backed out went to drive thru and sat there for another 10 minutes I even said loudly HELLO 3 times and still. Never got my order taken so I drove away. Very upsetting honestly,

Food was good. Got a milkshake and a blast for dessert and they were barely mixed. Completely vanilla ice cream midway through to the bottom. They were quite busy so was probably just in a hurry. I'll give them another try for sure.

Food was literally cold. The cheese was semi frozen. It took 47 min to get our food. Fries were salt with potatoes..got a chili cheese dog but no bun.. horrible place. DONT EAT HERE

After ordering our food, my friend and I sat and waited for 20 minutes before finally speaking to a waitress about our food. She asked what the order was. My friend told her. A few minutes later a woman, who I am assuming was a manager, came out and asked us what our order was...and she wrote it down. We waited about 10 more minutes before pushing the order button....where we were informed that they did not have an order for us and we were once again asked what our order was. At this point we just said forget it and left. Thanks to this experience we arrived at our destination both late and hungry.

Worst customer service ever. They get your order wrong and then don't want to make it right. Then when they fix it they half way fix it. Made me pay for something I didn't order and pay for what I ordered to begin with.

Cute little location. Needed to stop to get a quick bite on our way to Henderson from Tennessee. Clean and easy to get in and out of. Friendly staff. Food was not that impressive, hence the 3 star review. My family and I all ordered chicken strips, and they seemed like they had been sitting forever. Not too happy with that. Plus they did not seem busy enough to need to have them sitting.

The pharmacy drive through is horrible! Costumer service sucks! At least everytume i go through the drive through its at least 15-20 minutes wait. They have a terrible system that they work with for the drive through. McDonald's at least will ask you to drive up so they can get to the next costumer because there prescription is ready. Why make everyone else wait for one person? Its not fair!!

Got my kids and I Sonic Blasts and they were great! We received them from quickly and they had lots of toppings. They cost more than I remembered :/ but so does everything lately.

We waited forever. The food was cold and grease soaked. I really shouldn't even give them one star. We watched dozens of cars get through the drive thru at lightening speed. We will never eat there again. Just awful.

I am very disappointed in sonic I worked there myself and know things can be busy.However I went there once this week with my husband we ordered 2 large combos an extra side of cheddar peppers a blast and a order of cinna snacks. We ended up spending like 40.00. We waited about 40 min for our order however on the way home my husband informed me they never gave us the blast. So I went back and told them they gave me the same exact blast I was missing because it was liquid and like a soup, then in the way home I was informed I didn't have my cinnasnacks. I never did go back at this point I was frustrated. Well last night I decided to stop in to get a water and a ocean water I set in the stall for 30min never received my drink so I decided to go through the dthru I finally got my drinks when I asked what was going on because I set there for 30min I was told they were busy however they had 4 cars in the parking lot. This store has went down so much in the last month. I'm afraid if corporate doesn't step in we won't have a sonic.
