Bought 3 fruit pies and got home and took A bite and it was awful, so I called the store the next day and spoke to the manager and explained how terrible these were and after opening the second one to see if it was the same I finally found an expiration date and they were from August 2022.So the manager was very nice about it and said bring them back with my receipt!!So today my friend was going to the store and said she swap them bci wasn't looking for a refund its the principal of it. Its getting so expensive and almost impossible to feed a family or even a couple, that this stuff shouldn't be acceptable.So she went in with the pies and receipt and the pies minus the 1 bite it took for me to know they were bad. And the dude there today wanted to give her a hard time bc of the one bite outa the outa date nasty pie.And I had told her that they could just exchange them "as long as they were fresh!" And that would have been the end of it and you would not be reading any of this.But true to his form the guy who gave her a hard time over the bite I took of a rotten pie inorder to know it was rotten also told her "yes" when she ask if they were fresh, had no idea obviously bc they were the same date August 2022! That's 5 months beyond expectation!UNACCEPTABLE, it is so expensive these days that I don't believe this should ever get a pass!

Be careful, lots of out of date items mixed with good items on the shelf. Lunch meats and hot dogs and frozen foods, check dates. Prices change on regular non sale items from week to week so if you are a budget shopper you must check prices every visit. Usually only one register is open so expect to wait in line.

High prices are the reason I do not shop here. Also the company that owns this store also owns the savalot, shell station, and ace hardware. Got the town covered. They can charge what they want. That said the employees of this IGA are good people.

Outdated groceries, outdated meats. Be careful watch the dates on everything. They will sell almost rotten meat if you aren't careful and look. Also never any real good looking produce. Prices are high but it's the closest. Be careful.Update july 19 2020I bought moldy raspberries to the point where they are hidden and I couldn't bare moldy hair spores growing on them. Me and my 2 year old both ate them and had severlvr stomach problems for three days,! This happened on the 13th and still have not heard back from corporate. DONT BUY THE PRODUCE OR MEAT AND PAY ATTENTION CLOSELY TO DATES

People are nice but the prices are crazy expensive. If you need groceries go to BG or Beaver Dam. If your in need of a few things then this would do as an emergency situation. They do sell beer but I've not even looked at their prices. Example:: Milk at IGA $3.99 Milk at Meijer $1.20 A gallon. Just saying

It is good to have them in Morgantown but they tend to be a bit pricey so if there is major grocery shopping to be done, we go to Bowling Green.

I love Priceless IGA in Bowling Green. I do not understand IGA in Morgantown. Their prices are 2 to 3 times higher than on Bowling Green. It is sad, they have a captive audience.
