I have nothing but good things to say about this veterinary office. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all of my questions. A tad bit pricier than my normal vet, BUT they were really convenient as I was able to make a same day appointment to get my pup taken care of. There was no wait time when I arrived, and they took me straight back to a room.

Absolutely hands down recommend this place. We have a (now) much better trained goldendoodle. We had to send him off to training school for a few weeks for his dominance issues. Even knowing how he is and how he can be, they have never allowed any of those issues to keep them from seeing Rio while sick or needing his yearly visits. Rio is a complete different dog after training and loves to visit them-even with an ear infection! The staff and physicians here are amazing!! They care for these animals deeply like they were their own. We've had to call numerous times for appointments and they always get us right in if needed. We've also had to call the emergency line a couple of times and they return calls right away. We drive close to an hour to see them, that alone speaks for itself.Thank you for all you guys do!!! ❤️🐶

I can't say enough good things about this vet service. They came to my farm late in the evening and quite frankly saved my cow's life. Their rates were reasonable. Pleasant to work with. We will definitely use them again.

Staff was very kind. I tried to go somewhere that accepted my new doggy insurance but had to wait a week for an appointment. Heritage Animal Hospital we’re able to get us in the next day. I don’t know about anyone else, but we only see the Vet once a year unless I feel it is urgent or am emergency. Who can wait a week when you are worried about your furbaby? Dr Wells even sat in the floor to greet and examine my Abby Girl. So much less stressful than lifting her into an exam table.

I took my Mountain Cur mix puppy Rocky there for his first shot. He was later hit by a car on the road in front of my shop. 😥 Heritage Animal Hospital heard about it and sent me the kindest card signed by their entire staff. ❤ They are so kind and thoughtful there I wouldn't think of taking my animals anywhere else. Heritage has a great staff. The new facility is top notch in a convenient easy access location. I drive 90 miles plus a time change to have my dogs receive chiropractic adjustments. Worth the trip!!

I had someone ask on a Friday about coming from SC to pick up their puppy that Sunday. I called Heritage and they scheduled an appointment Saturday morning. The family got to pick their puppy up when they wanted and all 7 puppies got a thorough health check including puppy shots. Dr. Wells took her time with each puppy, answered my questions and offered helpful advice. The lobby and exam room were very clean and organized. The staff were friendly and even helped bring the puppies in the building from the car. Thanks Heritage.

Heritage is great. The vets are always up for a challenge, the staff is super personable, friendly and understanding. Ive never had to wait long for non emergency appointments, and they ALWAYS make room for emergencies. Heritage cares for all of our pets as well as livestock, and treat them like their own. Outside of high end equine repro, we only go to Heritage.

They took our GSD on an emergency basis.. he went right into surgery that night. They saved his life. From the beginning they were upfront about possible and base costs. We put/paid a credit on file in case of future needs because I wouldn't want anyone else to care for my pets now. (Were new to the area) the care and communication was as professional and personal as could be.

I've never been to the clinic(I just called) but the prices are so high its very discouraging to take your pet for annual and sterilization. I've heard mixed opinions from folks around town but have not used them myself. We found a veterinarian 70% cheaper.

Dr. Hampton has helped all of our animals for years! He is the best vet in all surrounding counties. He takes his time with the animals and really does answer my questions without trying to rush me. He even goes out of his way to explain things to me that most vets wouldn’t. He always keeps all of our animals healthy and always great surgery recoveries! We love him and don’t know what we would do without him! Thank you Dr. Hampton!

While visiting family in Kentucky for the holidays, our beloved dog became very ill. We were trreated with the utmost compassion and care from all members of this clinic, they were knowledgeable and proficient in the care they ministered and they connected us immediately with resources (higher level of care) to get our girl home. And last but not least, they were more than reasonably priced. I cannot say enough about Dr. Hampton and the staff. I highly recommend them.

I took my puppy here because he wasn't acting right. They did a Parvo test and it came back positive. They then told me they couldn't help him if I didnt have a $500 deposit or the full amount of $1000 to treat him. Which i did not have of course at this moment. I tried setting up a payment plan but they wouldn't do it.So I went and picked my puppy up after paying them $200 to tell me nothing but to basically to take him home and let him die because I didn't have the money up front! They didn't take in consideration how my puppy was doing or that he was very sick! All they cared about was money! We took him home that night and he passed away.Would not recommend this place to anyone who doesn't have a deep pocket to pay them up front! Really disappointed in my hometown vets office!

Prices are fair, staff is well trained and friendly, and don't have to wait long to schedule an appt. We have also utilized their Saturday appointments and really appreciate not having to miss work for an appt. I have taken my horse their for chiro work, and they have seen our goats.
