Never actually stayed at the Green River Lodge but had a very pleasant experience with their staff . I scheduled to stay with them and had a family medical come up, the owner called the night I was suppose to arrive checking to see what time I would be there. I had completely forgotten to call and cancel, when I explained my situation they could not have been any more understanding and wished my family member a speedy recovery. Most large chains would have been rude and went ahead and charged for the room anyways. I look forward to staying with them in the near future. Thanks for your compassion customer service.

Really friendly and helpful manager! My room was clean and newly remodeled with hardwood laminate flooring and new bedspread. Reasonable weekly pricing. Only downside was stained sheets and WiFi doesn't work well.

Stayed in the "new" cabin. The cabin itself was nice, but it was not clean and needed serious maintenance. The shower had hair and dirt in it. There were cleaning rags just laying around. The floor was peeling up in the bathroom because water goes all over the place since they only have a decorative shower curtain. No towels. Gum stuck to window seals. Paper towels filling holes in the walls. Mildew in the bathroom due to the water issue.

We come here a couple times a year for work. It's nothing fancy but we love it & the town. Great rates, Roland is a charm, always treats us good. Pet friendly! It's an older place but clean & cozy, the cabins are too. If u have to stay around here don't go to Morgantown Inn, u will regret it!! I have walked all over this town, it's very safe!

Very quaint and down to earth hospitality. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay of four days. This motel is not the Ritz, so if you're looking for chocolates on the pillow, keep going; but if you're looking for a country/lodge type place, you have found it. Every effort was made to see that any need was met. Swing with table and chairs encourage good conversation out front. Beds were comfortable, lots of tv channels, shower in room 102 was great. I would stay here again and feel a sense of sadness upon leaving. And don't forget to eat at the Farm Boy. Yummy food with a trip back in time! Happy traveling!

Beds are hard and sometimes soft if that makes sense found blood stains from a previous person under neath my bed tv didn’t work shower leaked water everywhere toilet is smallest toilet over ever seen vent in the ceiling leaked everywhere Sink doesn’t get fixed been asking for it be and the manager said he would and he never did Ac is oldest one everyone else got brand new ones except our room no help and the internet is awful can’t watch YouTube the guy said it was good internet for gaming biggest lie ever it’s awful unless u don’t need internet I still wouldn’t come here and they raised the rent on us when no one else got ir raised only our room so if ur tryna stay a week don’t he changes the prices on you

Clean updated clean rooms and friendly service was what I was always told would keep people coming back to stay, when I worked at Lake Cumberland.State Park and I won't lie to you. It's a great place to rest your head for the night or week what ever you happen to want to do. I wouldn't mind if I could and give it another Star or.two.

Very nice place. Clean, friendly, just make sure you put the do not disturb on the door or the housekeeper will bust in your door two hours before checkout while you and your other half are in the middle of intimate things!! NOT COOL. then she goin to play like " no English"

I was not happy,i had to complain no pots and pans no dishes or silverware, glasses.Still no coffee pir or toaster.there.Would not recommend any oone to stay there to they clean the place up.I made Reservation for month advance, that i was coming. Still had to clean it up.i was very upset..REALLY DONT KNOW IF I WILL STAY THERE AGAIN.

Adiquate.- Not very clean. Had to wipe out drawers & fridge before using them. My wife spent 2 hours cleaning bathroom. No local channels on dish. No breakfast.+ no bed bugs.

It's a nice place from outside. Once inside, we spent 3 nights without bath towels being provided, no room cleaning was done and the beds and linens were all dirty and not changed until we complained.

Nice place to stay the night or the week staff is kind and thoughtful rooms are neat and clean and for about $70 a night it's worth it gas station in grocery store with short walking distance and restaurants are within a short drive

It's whatever. Management is so so. Rooms are so so. They care less about their community and more about money. Hotel does not reflect from money they get. They constantly rent to druggies and drunks. We had not one peaceful night. Constant noise, confusion and bums.

Not the Ritz, but it served the purpose when we were in need. It just needs some money put in it to upgrade the rooms and put in new beds, bathtubs, showerheads, and sinks. New paint, and walpaper.

I stayed here and all I can say is wow that is by far the worst bed I have ever slept in. I have woken up on the floor of friend's apartments and felt more well rested than I did there.
