The produce here is awful and there is usually only one check lane open with a long line waiting. Disappointing that a relatively new establishment in town is already offering such poor service.

Restrooms are in need for improvement and checking out takes a lot of time because they only have one register open at a time unless there is a DIRE need for a second. Self checkout is a need here especially for a market, and since the new super small one has two.

Grocery is good but selection is limited. Other part of the store is fine but sometimes it takes a while for their shelves to be restocked. Not much name brand stuff. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are good.

I walked in for a kitty litter scoop couldn’t find them asked a lady for help she told me if I don’t see them they aren’t there after I asked her to help me look or to look in the back so when I left I called them and asked to look for me and the same lady picked up saying someone just asked her and I lied to her because I did not see them in the aisle came back to the store told the front manager and she looked and helped me find them. If I was a McDonald’s manager I wouldn’t hire her. So rude!!!!

HORRIBLE.Average waiting time for the line tocheck out is 5-10 minutes at the LEAST. Most days I give up and put all my things back and go somewhere else. there is usually 7-8 employees working and one person at a register, and I've frequently seen two or three workers just set beside one register trying to figure out how to do their own job.Most things are very expensive for something called "dollar general" the clothing rip after the first or second wearing and is wayyyyyy over priced.Nothing is ever in stock. The isles are very messy, and I've gotten some sort of makeup all over my hands while looking at key chains. Disgusting.Come here if you want over priced, cheaply made junk, a search party to find everything you need, a checkout line that's all the way through half the store and having to make a billion other stops to find what you need. I've never seen such a horrible place before.AVOID IF POSSIBLE.

Mannnnnnnnn listen im from ny so im a Yankee but im but I'm down here doing some work and I stopped at this dollar general and I thought i was in Wal-Mart for a second biggest dolkar general ive ever been to or even seen had a market attached on the sign BLEW MY MIND so I spent 150 the first go around im still here for a week im excited too go look more

Very messy , unorganized store. Store is not very well stocked. Employees weren't friendly at all - no greeting when I came in to the store. Barely was acknowledged when I asked for help . Employee didn't seem to know where the item I was looking for was located in the store. Her appearance was very sloppy looking. I will not be back in the store again . The management of the store has changed several times in the last 6 months and this reflects in the horrible state of the store and the employees.

Wide selection of personal, household and groceries items that you could ask for. Shy 1 star due to limited meat selection. Prices are great and customer service is very polite, cordial and efficient. Love my $ Store!!!

I have never been in this store that it hasn't been filthy. Counters empty, floors nasty merchandise on the floors. Only time it looked like these pictures is maybe grand opening

Well it has some good quality but it also has some prices to high on stuff like there Lettuseheads not pay high oriceforcabbsge and outher fresh vegetables and fruit that is not checked for been rotenor two brown

Some of the shelves were disorganized. Half of the seasonal shelf was taken up with Easter stuff. It's not even Valentine's day yet!! One holiday at a time, please!

I was there for a few things was in and out fast but at checkout the cashier was talking to another employee. We were never greeted or talked to about except when told the amount it was very rude. Was not happy about it..

Love the open, spacious layout. The people are friendly for the most part. The store is usually clean and well stocked. Probably the best prices overall in Morgantown.

The store has wide assortment of goods in a smaller building footprint and was built in an easily accessible location.The staff has been friendly and custer-centric on the multiple occasions I have stopped in.

For a small place like Morgantown it's nice to have a one stop shop for groceries & everyday items. Prices are fair considering the options of driving to Bowling Green or Ohio County.

This place is quickly going down hill for a new store. The workers are very friendly but the floors stay dirty, there's always carts in the middle of the floor, and isles stay messy.

Produce was really bad and we waited forever to check out. Only one register was open and about 14 customers waiting. So I'd say overall General Market is a last resort when we are desperate and nothing else is open.

This Dollar General Market Place normally is a very friendly store. Today I was totally unhappy. The bathroom looks like it has not been cleaned in a while.
