The pharmacy at this location is one of the best! Prescriptions are filled fast and accurate, and there is plenty to do in the store. They offer vaccinations at this facility, and plenty of shopping. Everything you could need from home medical equipment to snacks, milk and beer, to peanuts and gobstoppers. Everything from food to cosmetics, to medical aids are available here. Drive-thru pharmacy as well as public restrooms are available.

The pharmsist here is exstreamly rude. She literally laughed at the fact I could't fulfil my Covid 19 prescription because the other pharmacy was closed. 100% unprofessional.

I'd give zero Stars if I could they'll sit there and tell you that you've had that day's dose and even after you do basic math trying to show him that you haven't they'll still call you a liar it's just truly sad that even after showing them proof that you're not lying you're still called One never will I give them my business again and you shouldn't either

I am editing this review because this location has gotten worse since my original review in 2022. There is no customer service. I have never met such rude employees at one location in my life. Walgreens should seriously consider training its employees in customer service, especially in the pharmacy department and including the pharmacist or totally closing the location entirely.This location has steadily gone downhill since Walgreens bought out Rite -Aid . The staff is no longer friendly. I have resisted turning to online prescription refills for several years because I enjoyed going to the store. I am rethinking that decision for 2022. If I no longer go for prescriptions, I'll have no need to buy any products there at all.

Getting my medication wasn’t usually bad, although sometimes it was delayed by days. But I went in yesterday, and the pharmacy tech boasted as I checked in at 5:45- “were not getting out of here at 6”. From there, she was extremely rude. Slamming medications, short answers, just overall really rude. I work in healthcare, I get it, but you don’t have to project your frustrations onto people.I’ve also had issues with the pharmacist refusing to fill medications for patients that have substance use disorders. Pharmacist right, but how shady is that?

Kelly in the photo department was so kind and helpful! We needed pictures printed quickly for a funeral service and all of Walmart’s kiosks were broken. We came to Walgreen’s hoping we could get prints in less than an hour and Kelly made it happen. He made a terrible day easier and we can’t thank him enough. We encourage everyone to skip Walmart and give Walgreens your business instead.

2hrs to wait for a prescription for my son when most of them were for more or less over the counter scripts. And no, it wasnt insurance, I already had my scripts filled there...just pitiful service and rude to boot. Going back to my old pharmacy when in 10 yrs, it never took longer than 20-30 mins to fill. No matter how busy they were. I'll have to drive farther, but thats np when it comes to dealing with great service. Had to give 1* because I couldnt give negative to these people. Also saw other people come through the drive thru complaining about the same thing, they couldnt get back into town for 3 days, pharmacists made snide remarks there in the pharmacy where other customers like me were gettin our scripts filled. Who needs 'people' like this?

Pharmacist was absolutely no help. Refused to fill our dogs seizure prescription because our vet didn’t put in an address. We have never had an issue before. When my husband was explaining that we’ve had our past prescriptions filled without any problems, he cut him off and refused to listen. Here we are on a Friday evening, after work, and pharmacies are closed on the weekends. Absolutely ridiculous and infuriating.

This place has alway been okay but lately I can’t get my prescriptions filled for a full order. So I have to make multiple trips to get 1 full prescription. I’m definitely going to transfer my scripts to somewhere else ASAP!

It's always a pleasure to do business with people who genuinely care about their customers. There was an issue this evening with online ordering and curbside pickup that was of no fault to the staff. It was due to a network issue, which I don't know the full details. To make a very long story short, they worked very hard to investigate and resolve the issue and took great care of me in this unique situation. Shoutout to the Shift Manager, Jordan and as well as Nathan. Despite all the complications, they were very patient and showed that Walgreen's in Morehead does business the right way and cares about their customers. They have my loyalty.

On multiple occasions at this pharmacy, I have been refused to pick up my sons seizure medication, because I was “one day early” to pick them up. This last occasion I called on Thursday, and was told one day to early, I could pick them up on Friday, I went on Friday and was refused to get medication, when I returned on Saturday to get the meds, they were out of stock, and my son was completely out of meds. This is not good customer service. I will be contacting corporate office, as well as my state government.

I generally have no problem at all with this location. However today was not the case. I placed a picture order online. When I went inside there there was a nice woman at the photo counter computer. I told her I had a photo order and have her my name. She looked confused and politely asked me to hold just a moment. She then went and got Nathaniel Taylor, I'm a assuming a shift manager, who them asked me what I needed. I repeated that I was there to pick up my photo order. He asked for whom as if It may be for someone else. I said for myself. To which he smartly replied and you are? I told him my name to which he replied, "maybe should lead with that. I asked him not to get smart with me and he looked and me like I was the bad guy. It took him 10 mins to find them, even after I gave him the order number which he could not find in the system. He only found them after he checked the alphabetized bins that were clearly sitting on the counter that he should have checked first. As much as I hate Walmart I will never go back to this Walgreens ever again to get pictures or prescription meds.

I had a extremely negative experience with nathaniel Taylor as i was getting my yeast infection cream and checking out. He says "maybe if you keeped your legs closed you wouldn't need this." I was in shock that a cashier would say this to someone. He is so rude and disgusting to me as a woman.

stated that my insurance policy number was incorrect, so i couldn’t get a prescription refilled for a week, when in reality, they typed in the incorrect birthday on the account. slow, inconsistent, and bad customer service. recommend only if you’re as patient as they come and don’t mind the worst service in town.

Called to ask about my prescription. The person who answered the phone was rude from the start. The pharmacist refused to fill my prescription a day early even tho, the doctor wrote on it as ok. Spoke to the pharmacist and he was also rude.
