Been many times, have had good experiences and poor experiences. 9 times out of 10 it's a poor one. Today we got a taco shell with nothing in it but cheese & whatever this is in the image (hard taco shell and two chunks of potatoes). Inside was unbelievably cold to the point my nose was running. I always am missing food. Staff are loud, unprofessional and are almost always screaming expletives. At times, drive thru and register workers were extremely rude and smoking in the store. I love Taco Bell, this one, not so much.

This is the worst Taco Bell location ever and whoever owns this franchise should be ashamed! Every time I have ever been to this location whether it be in the drive-thu or ordered online they have always managed to mess up the order. I pay extra to swap out the beef for chicken, extra for avocado ranch, and extra for more cheese but I end up with beef tacos with no avocado ranch and definitely no extra cheese. The employees they hire here are questionable and the girl in the drive-thu was scratching her head with her dirty finger nails before giving us our food. Forget going in to correct an order because you’ll just be ignored. I’m done giving this location a chance just because I like Taco Bell. Adios!

This place is overall great. Good food, always gets my order right, everyone is nice, I usually go to the drive through. I am a DoorDasher so before 10 pm I have to go inside to get my orders. I’d say the last 4 times I’ve been there, the smell has been awful. To the point I will not accept orders from there anymore. The smell isn’t food gone bad or anything of that sort, it honestly just smells like dirty people. Not saying the people there have bad hygiene, but it really does smell like a room full of people that haven’t bathed in a long time. I really can’t stand going in there anymore, let alone eat in there.

Going to start this off Taco Bell was one of my favorite places to eat in all of North America. It gave me a since of foreign beauty and at the same time made me feel like I was at home. I went to this location on January 16th 2024 really excited to try the new dollar cravings menu. Got one of their double beef burritos more thrilled to try it than when I watched Kentucky win the national championship in 2012. I get about 2/3rds of the way through this burrito enjoying every bite. I take a bite and see something black in my food so I go to pull it out and it was a 3 inch long thick black hair that looked like it came off a grizzly bear. I threw up twice after seeing such a horrid sight. Taco Bell has been ruined for me for the rest of my life and sadly after much ponder and meditation I have decided to never eat what used to be my favorite fast food place ever again.

I repeated my order over three times and got the wrong order. I don’t know how you manage to give me a chicken burrito when I adamantly said steak multiple times. I have on more than one occasion gotten the wrong drinks. If you come here I recommend it later for some reason anytime before 6pm no one knows how to make anything properly or be nice.

Don’t try to walk in an order. Their process is geared toward drive through customers. You will wait a lot longer by good by going in.

Taco Hell would be more accurate. Ordered online spent over $40 got no confirmation email or receipt. Called when I arrived at 10:45 to make sure the order went through, employee said “yeah come on in” parked and was stopped at the door by employees to tell me the lobby was closed after I was told to come in. Lost my spot in line, had to wait to get back in it cause it was backed up. Went through and got my order then pulled over to check it was missing part of it so called got back in line waited and additional 30 minutes. (Spent 10 at the speaker) waiting on the rest of my order the food I had got cold and soggy. Had to go through line twice spent over an hour in total wait time 10:45-11:17 kids fell asleep waiting on it. 4.17.23

Absolutely awful place. Horrible wait time and the food looks Absolutely like it came out of the garbage. Not to mention the last 3 times including just now they have forgotten something in my order. Went through the drive through a couple night back and I'm 90 percent positive the crew were messed up on something harder than pot or alcohol. I sat at the speaker 10 minutes before a guy asked me to "hold on a minute" when there was only one car ahead and already at the window. Sad..

If I could give them less than one star I would do that. I have gotten food poisoning from them three times along with my boyfriend. Trying to get them on the phone is like pulling teeth and when you do get someone on the phone, they put you on hold for hour or two hours then hang up. Will never be ordering from here again.

Listen. I know this place is busy. However, there is no excuse to not get what you order. I have zero tolerance for that, especially when this is not the first time this has happened. I went through Drive-thru this evening purchased two number 5's with soft shells along with two other regular soft shell taco. Only received the two number 5's. No extra tacos that I ordered. The extra price I paid was $3 and some change. Now, while I don't mind about the $3.00, I would like to receive the food I paid for. They also asked for a donation. Well, there is your donation to your foundation. I feel that when I'm paying over $20, or any amount for a serviceI, and everyone else as paying customers to your establishment are entitled to the meal(s) in which we pay for. Not a difficult concept. If the cars in drive-thru were not 15 to 20 cars backed up, I would have tripled checked my order myself. But seeing how the staff are paid to bag the orders.of which is on a screen right above them it should be easy to check the orders before they are handed out the window. Good luck trying to call, as the phone goes unanswered. Poorly ran restaurant, poor managment. This is not my first experience like this at this location.

Same as other "like" facilities except the time frame it took to get my food. Usually it's not that bad but the last couple of times I was unsure if they even took my order correctly and if I was gonna get it before I was consumed by starvation. Once I had gotten my food, it was incorrect. Possibly it was someone else's order cause when I pulled from the window I realized that nothing I ordered was in the bag. Then when I pulled back around to get them to correct it then they wouldn't do it cause they made the order correctly and they acted like I was just trying to get free food even though I paid $29 for my order and normally my order is $21. I threw everything away except for the cinnabons. Very dissatisfied with that experience but usually it's not like that and that's the only reason I'm giving a 3 star.

This is not first time not receiving a reciept and not getting things properly made. I had ordered steak no lettuce on my soft tacos and it was chicken with lettece. Upcharge was almost 2usd per taco and yet I still got a 78¢ upcharge item. I have done online ordering instead of drive thru and seems driver thru is alot worse if under 20$ vs waiting for 80$ online ordering. Greatly disappointed. Just got home and found out, after a day at veterans affairs and call was not answered.... I'm guessing they are dealing with a lot of mistakes today. I don't blame anyone but the prepper. Order was right on screen and verified at window.
