I was very excited about this self serve dog wash at 1st, but after I got there & tried it out on my dog, I decided I will not return here. The water is not temp regulated, its cold water, no way to adjust it, no way to adjust the water pressure, it's too high, and I had to clean the tub before my dog could get in. There is a soap dispenser where you put your money in, and says it has "Disenfectant Cleaner" and "Oatmeal Shampoo" but I tried both & nothing really came out, so of you do try this, bring your own cleaner,shampoo,conditioner, whatever you want to use to wash your dog w/. It's $5.00 to start the water, but it cost me $10.00 total to rinse the tub after cleaning, wash & rinse my dog, then rinse & clean the tub when finished. There aren't any towels or rags supplied so bring some of your own, as well. It would be a great thing for people to use if the water temp & pressure could be adjusted & if you got more than 4 mins for the $5. Just my opinion tho.
