The drive-through lady was very rude when I was nothing but nice to her. They also took about 10-15 minutes to get my mobile order when there were only 2 cars ahead of me. I asked for no pickle on my big Mac and there were pickles…and even worse.. it looked like somebody had taken a bite out of one of the burger patties. Literally the worst experience I’ve had at a McDonalds. Disgusting. EAT AT THE OTHER LOCATION IN MOREHEAD!!

(UPDATE: Has improved since last week. It must have been a bad day or maybe they were short staffed. Was very clean and a nice, personable young lady took my order. 3/8/18 )Very cold in the dining room. Dirty tables. Trash on the floor... And the floor was sticky like a theater. Delicious burrito and caramel macchiato though. Lady did come out and clean tables while I was eating... Made it better.

Never had a bad experience, last few times I've been here the nuggets were a little old but not inedible, they are usually pretty hot and fresh. In my opinion the customer service could use some work, the employees (and management)seem like they don't want to be there, but who does?. Overall this is my favorite local location. Great service times very rarely have to wait on food, and orders are usually correct. Easy app orders for quick service when you're in a rush.

I placed an order at McDonald's in Rowan county. They told me the price of a small slushy and ask for a medium and they give me 4 Small's instead. They couldn't understand that I wanted a order of maple bun's from the mcgriddle sandwich. But finally got the order right. And also put the parfait spoon in the parfait container upside down. I was not satisfied at all.

Went inside ordered Big Mac meal with no pickles. Had 6 pickles on it. Ordered Sweet Tea got unsweetened. Fries were Lukewarm at the most. Over $10.00 for a meal.

Every time I come to this location, the staff is rude, my food is cold, and when I call to tell them they’re also rude. Just now they didn’t not secure my drink in the DoorDash bag so I had OJ EVERYWHERE! This is the WORST McDonald’s I have ever been to. I do not recommend eating at this location. You’ll have better luck and DEFINITELY better service at any other one.

We went through the drive through here, there wasn't a long line to wait in.Ir was after 10pm when We were here, the lady taking Our order was helpful to Me in answering the couple questions that I had. She was extremely friendly, actually everyone We encountered this visit was very Nice.From taking Our order, to taking Our payment and the receiving window of where We picked Our order up from.Our order was correct, We were given everything that We asked for and the food was fresh and hot!We were both Very pleased, needless to say Our meal's tasted exceptional 👏 👌This is one I would recommend..Features: There isn't any outdoor seating at this location.

This location is awful.McDonald's food is becoming more and more disgusting.The service is not like it was in the 70's , 80's, or even the 90's where workers took pride in their work. The food was better back then also.My wife was there yesterday and ordered three double cheeseburgers at the drive thru.Asked for extra onions and that's literally all we got. There wasn't a single pickle to be found. The buns were falling apart as soon as you remove the wrapper. The top of the buns flaked off in chunks and they were impossible to eat.We live 20+ miles from this location so it wasn't worth the time and money to return them.Live and learn..

Frankly embarrassing at this point. My large fry was filled less than halfway (will upload a picture when I figure out how) tonight. Staff are exceptionally rude and unfriendly the majority of the time, not just with customers, but with one another. If I can hear a manager screaming at the employee in the back from the cash register, that manager needs a write up. I have given this McDonald's so many chances because I know that everyone has bad days- I've worked my fair share of food service. But the extent to which this McDonalds consistently displays their utter disrespect for their customers, jobs, and staff is disgusting. Every supervisor in that McDonald's should feel ashamed of themselves.

Went in to order food to go, employees friendly. But when we got our food to go and down the road we took our food out of bag my husband ordered bangel with sausage and cheese, egg. Well the sausage was missing. We were leaving town so we couldn't go back and make it right. So I guess we will check it before we leave. Haven't been there while. 😕

The worse McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life. Also you would think if they hated dealing with customers so much they wouldn’t work in the customer service industry. They’re rude for no reason at this location. Also made my burger 3 times before I finally just said never mind. I kept telling the girl she was entering it in wrong and she got mad at me.

It's a good mcdonalds but they usually don't know how to follow directions or give you straws. If you don't mind those things then go ahead and get food there and if you do mind just drive a little ways up the road towards walmart to the other mcdonalds that does things properly.Parking: In the mornings, parking doesn't exist but in the evening it's greatKid-friendliness: They have highchairsWheelchair accessibility: They have handicapped parking

Ordered a #7 Combo Without ketchup, without pickles. Opened burger #1 and it was correctly absent the ketchup & pickles. Cruised on down the highway. At stop light opened burger #2. Had Ketchup & Pickles! It was even tagged with the Special Order Tag stating No Picked, No Ketchup!Disappointing to say the least!! Couldn't turn around and go back off the interstate!This McDonald's is catching the brunt of my dismay over order problems. Not just a Morehead store issue. Same issues with both Mt Sterling stores, Lexington stores at I-64/60 & the one closer to town on 60.Not the same owners of Lexington & Mt Sterling/Morehead stores so not sure as to way the same failure across these stores.Perhaps systemic training failures....

Respectable speed for ordering just minutes after they opened in the morning. Staff was "friendly enough", nothing special, but did use basic customer service skills. Hash brown was overdone, but overall decent visit.

You have to enjoy McDonald's food to like McDonald's food. It is a distinctive taste and if you enjoy that taste then you enjoy McDonald's. They are ALWAYS consistent in the look and taste of their food in every restaurant. The managers make absolutely sure the staff are friendly and helpful. However, I have to be honest and say, I really don't like a lot of McDonald's food. I do LOVE Egg Mcmuffins and most of the breakfast menu in addition to the iced tea. It really is a great restaurant for those who like McDonald's food and the service is great but I am just not fond of MOST of their food. However I am ADDICTED to their iced tea!!
