I love goodwill. Not real thrilled about the prices considering everything they receive is donated. Some of the staff is super friendly, but I have also come across one employee who was quite rude. When I asked to use the dressing rooms, even though there were still open for 20 more minutes, She made a big deal about it, with some huffing and puffing and a loud sigh, to make sure I knew that she was aggravated that I even had the nerve to ask so close to closing time. So I made sure I took my sweet time trying on the 2 outfits I took in with me to try on. People like that shouldn't be working in a postion where they have to deal with the public. There was no reason she had to get mad just because I wanted to use the dressing room. It honestly made me mad, and I probably should have said something to her about her rudeness, but I decided against it, hoping that she wasn't like this everyday, and was just having a bad day. Guess we'll see when I go back lol.

Seen a junky fishing pole for 99.99 dollars. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm a fisherman and that pole that was marked 99.99 is no way shape or form worth 99.99. Didn't even cost that new. Whoever is over the pricing at goodwill in Morehead needs fired!!!!

An absolute disgrace to the word Good here the amount of greed is so sad and they literally price above retail for items obtained for free. There is so much trash on the shelves and the lack of organization is bad.

The selection at this location is phenomenal as far as cleanliness and organization, dressing rooms were very clean as well. But, there was an issue at the register to no fault of the cashier, I watched a manager not only be rude to her but other people as well. Complete turn off, when asked to open another register by a customer he was very dismissive and rude. Not an enjoyable experience and more than likely won’t return.

Avoid this place. Walked in this evening to shop. Wanted to look at framed photos/art/etc… There was an employee and her friend or relative blocking the section with this, both looking at the photos, using their phones, I assume googling something that they thought was valuable. After 5 minutes of them blocking off the entire bin/section, I said “excuse me, can I get through to browse the pictures” the non- employee said “no I might be buying this” I say “I’m not interested in that, I just want to browse the photos” and the employee and friend refused to move, continued to block the section, at which time I left.I know that this location is known for saving “the good stuff” for friends and family, but didn’t know it went as far as employees being allowed to block shoppers from shopping the shelves so that their friends could spend as long as they wanted google lensing something that they could have just picked up and done elsewhere. If zero stars was an option, this place earns it.

Decent pricing on some items. Easy to navigate. Helpful staff. I went there recently with my newborn who got cranky and hungry so one staff member offered to let me use a fitting room to nurse him, very great and helpful tip.

We go about once a month. Always find great stuff! Today's trip was for summer clothes. Got lots of nice things. Be prepared to spend an hour or more. It is a large store and always well stocked.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I’m not from around here. I live in Ohio and I’m currently driving to Louisiana. So I stopped because I had to use the restroom and I was so amazed of how big the store was. I had cloths in my hand. I was willing to pay 100+ dollars there and a lady screamed the store is now closed so I asked another lady can I buy my stuff and she said we are closed so I had to put my stuff back!!! The worst customer service I have ever experienced!! I will be calling corporate tomorrow when they open!!! I work at subway and I would NEVER turn down a customer that walked in right before we closed!! How rude of everyone that worked there!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!

Good selection of items but the prices have jumped up since last time i was here. I almost stopped going to all Goodwills because of the price hike....its used stuff donated to help people and well the prices have gotten a bit out there. Never know what you will find though.

They are really ridiculous on their prices. Come on people this is donated items and the stuff you have two and three dollars on not worth 50 cents .I used to come here all the time but I no longer need to do that

Most workers are rude if they are with other workers. If they are by themselves they are fine. I have no idea why but they are. Even the ones I've talked too before and have been friendly with have acted this way. I have no idea why they do this but they do.

There was such a long line. I put my stuff back and left empty handed. There was no reason to have 9 people waiting in line for one register when you have 2 register's and many clerks working on the floor.

Decent finds seems as if prices had gone up since I was last in there a year or so ago was mainly just in to browse and see if I found any of what I call "funky junk" not really any scores but was worth a browse for sure cause you never know what you may find
