This is the nastiest Dairy Queen I’ve ever been too. The first trip was a bad experience, I don’t think they ever toss out fries and make new ones, and the chicken wasn’t done. Tonight I thought well I’ll try it again heck sometimes things happen, but hell no this is just a sorry place to eat!!!!! The fries yet again look like they been in the refrigerator and the ice cream smelled sour. The girl was nice at the window but that’s the only good thing that came from this place. Nasty nasty nasty and will never go back. IM OVER IT. Morehead Ky Dairy Queen needs new management.Parking: None

I’m done with Hairy Dairy every time I eat at either one of the two Morehead Dairy Queens I find hair on my food this time along with a moldy bun. This place needs saving.

Ordered a chicken basket with extra gravy, both gravy cups came out with 99% water, literally swishing around inside the cups. And the toast wasn't even cut. Just really sad.

The staff is trying their best but management has no regard for them. Not only can you see it go on from behind the counter, but almost nearly all former employees have disturbing stories of the hypocritical management that treats their workers poorly. I’d consider restaffing management, because you won’t keep any workers otherwise.

I usually stop here every time I go to Morehead. The people are friendly and the service and food is awesome.Dietary restrictions: They have it posted on the window and in front of register about the food allergies like nuts so the customer is aware.

It's not the best dairy queen in town, but its not bad either. Personally, I prefer the one on campus because they stay busier so the food is usually fresher, but I won't complain if we eat here. The food is pretty standard for DQ and usually pretty hot. There service is either awesome or meh depending on who you get, but never bad. Ice cream as always is 10 out of 10 as it is their specialty so no complaints on that. Prices are a little high for certain items, but corporate controls that so I don't blame them.

They don’t accept credit cards at this facility. It’s 2023 for God’s sake…get with the technology. The Reese’s blizzard I got was thinner than a milk shake. Save your money. This place is a disaster.

Rude staff, food wrong, and the store was just gross looking. I’m not trying to be mean because to all their own, but why on gods earth is there someone wearing a TAIL behind the register and in the general facility? Are you not worried about the hair from that getting into customers food? I’m blown away. It’s truly gone down hill.

I cannot stress how aggravated I am with this restaurant lol, and I used to work there. Their attention to an order is abysmal, they've gotten my very simple order wrong at least half the time, most times as simple as just "a plain cheeseburger, just the cheese on that". I'm sure they can handle just your average order with no special instructions at all tho.

Place is clean and staff all very helpful and friendly. They were nice to us and helped my wife and kids with the menu selection. We witnessed them being helpful with other people as well, helped a lady with servals kids carry their food to the table.

Burgers taste like cardboard. But, the service is always nice and fast. Store and parking lot could be cleaner. But, my order is always correct. So, it's middle of the road fast food if you want to chance your health.... But at least you get service with a smile. 😃

Super friendly and helpful staff at this DQ. Good tasting and temperature appropriate food. quick inside service. We gift use the drive-thru, but it looked like it was moving quickly. Very clean location. Plenty of parking around the building.

Got there for lunch around 1:00pm. The restaurant was very busy. But I got my order taken quickly. Young lady who took my order was really friendly. Got my food quickly and it was very hot and fresh. And the young man who brought my food to the table was very polite. Very happy with my visit.

Extremely filthy and almost had to beg to get served. We ordered breakfast and had to track down an employee to even get coffee cups. We both got sick after eating the biscuits and gravy. It's been better before, but this extreme uncleanliness and lack of service means we will just go elsewhere

Nice Dairy Queen. The ice cream was good. The pulled pork sandwich on the pretzel roll was really good. The service was fast and friendly. The restroom was clean. They do provide a military discount which is much appreciated.

Well I know everything has increased in price but come on, 3.00 for a regular cone. Then You run out of dip. Its ok though at least the AC kept us cool while we waited.

Ice cream is usually the only reason we visit. Food items are alright but often disappointing. Someone had tuned in a Christian rock station which wouldn't be bad in itself except they thought it a good idea to have the volume too high to have a conversation.

Around 1pm. This Dairy Queen is the bomb. A guy named Austin was so sweet to my service dog. Gave her a "puppy cone" (ice cream) she was absolutely happy about it. Thank you so much for making my dog and I as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend to anyone with a service dog.

This place is hit or miss some days great service and others are horrible. Same with the food , it just depends on when you go.

Actually disgusting. Looking back there, you can see how repulsive their fryers are. Their supplies were out of stock and the employees are crusty and rude.
