We were very staying in the area on vacation and needed a few items so we stopped at Walmart. Either the Walmart near us is really bad (it is) or this Walmart is just that good (it is). Most everything was well stocked and get this.....organized!!! There were actually employees stocking and organizing product. The clothing section looked amazing. The employees were very friendly and we saw several managers during our visit. Pretty amazing.

IF YOUR THINKING ABOUT GOING DO NOT GO.Everyone in the auto department needs Fired.back in October spent 2 hours there for them to tell me they didn’t have my tire in stock which they had showed me 2 hours before. I then go somewhere else to get it done for more money which was well worth it. Went today for an oil change the dude with the lead badge said I needed to talk to someone in the garage well they was 2 guys out there and he was actively working on someone’s car. I asked him The (lead) how long it would be to get it done and he said a few hours. This used to be the best place to get oil changes but i’ll never go back very poor leadership from top down at the monticello store.

A nicely stocked Supercenter, except bicycles. Only five adult bicycles in stock. It looks like the supply system is still low from COVID. But there are four recycling hoppers in the parking lot.

We like this Walmart, great variety and nice people. Same old Walmart though with two or three registers open. Also has self checkout though.

Local Walmart center offers lots, bigger in size than Monticello's with much more choices . Staff is very friendly and helpful, and polite. It's a bigger store.

Train your employees to better handle disabled customers. A gentleman using a riding cart had to ask me for help finding cranberry sauce. It was moved from where it had been and he found the aisle and it's on the top shelf so he couldn't reach! One of the employees standing around messing with hand sanitizer should have been helping him but simply said it's on "E" which is what I thought. Those carts are so hard to maneuver and being that my Dad is in the same situation, of course it's natural for me to assist. But also, as a customer service employee, I know it's also an obligation working retail! It should be!

It's a Walmart in a southern town .... it's friendly staff is the norm in these areas. It was clean and usually has most of what we need in stock. This is also my preferred pharmacy, and I appreciate the staff in that department.Can't really ask for more.

Horrible customer service. Don't get me wrong, there are plenty of nice, helpful people that work here, but they are way outnumbered by the rude, incompetent workers. The produce section is nicely arranged, well labeled, and fresh. The rest of the store, not so much. It seems like every time I need to find a price the item/shelf are unlabeled or in the wrong spot so the label does not match the product. And of course all of the price check scanners I find near me are nonfunctional. Now let's talk about help, there is not any! If I can not find something or have a question I am out of luck, especially in the grocery side. Where are all the workers? I have literally looked for help for 30 minutes before and still found none storewide! Electronics, only if you want to wait in a 2 day line to receive help/products. The restrooms are pretty gross. And finally, the employees are so rude, I mean really, is it that inconvenient to do your job and assist customers without snickering, eye rolling, acting like I am trying to scam the 50% clearance they just announced, hiding in the stockroom, or answering with "I dun know..." and staring at me.

It’s really nice to have a Walgreens in Monticello Kentucky but it’s disappointing that the pharmacy completely shuts down for lunch when other people are trying to get things done. It’s a business & it looks like they would stagger their lunch break & still have someone on duty to help the public instead of closing up completely.

Prices were reasonable, and i got in and out in a timely manner however 2 items on my list were not in stock and the isle were blocked with pallets thats the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. On a separate run they had everything i needed and was easy to get walmart help for things on top shelf

Walmart always acting like everyone is stealing except the thief's....like they never get checked...I'll have a6 kids buggy already rang up $250 and I got Patricia watching me stank eye in the corner...I ask for help and get yes mam...oh did you get the pumpkin....nah I'm getting there...what about the bug juice? SHUT UP! OKAY NOW IM FORGETTING STUFF!! I HAVE A LOT OF KIDS AND YOUR NIT HELPING!!!

All day event that's not so easy to get in and out of. They have so much And are always busy. I'm thankful for Walmart but it's kind of scary checking out through self serve, for their scanners don't always work and are setting you up to be arrested for they are working a case against you for their machines not scanning all merchandise. Then you go to jail for so lifting. Is not worth it

Walmart Monticello, ky is a good place to shop but, they quit selling 20oz Sam's water in the case 28 count. I have to go to Somerset to get it. That's a bummer! 😡They also quit selling Fudge Tracks great value ice cream, double bummer! 😡😡.

Overall, the curbside pickup service is good. I suffer from chronic back and knee pain so it's a plus for someone like me who hard time walking through the store. I do have a few issues though. The first is how they choose perishable items. I don't know if they're required to do it or they just grab whatever but they always choose products that have been there longer instead of the newer and fresher one. I've tossed out so many gallons of milk and loaves of bread because they expired before I could eat them.The other issue is how a product is in stock when you place the order but not when you pick it up. I know they can't control what someone buys in the store but it's still inconvenient. Especially when you want a sandwich and have bread but no lunch meat! I have also been told something is out of stock and found plenty on the shelf. All in all, they aren't issues that would stop me from using the service.

Well, it's Walmart. We've all been there. Most usually crowded, but has everything we need. Can be in and back out in 20 mins or so. Most of the associates are helpful and courteous. I have no complaints. I needed help finding an item and staff were quick to assist as always.

Went to shop for a few things this morning before work . Walmart stores hours are suppose to open at 6 am and when I got to the doors they was still locked . 5 minutes later a female employee walks up to the door and realizes it doesn’t open so she proceeds to exit the side door. As she walked towards her vehicle I politely asked is something wrong the doors won’t open and she replies they should be up shortly . So I wait another 5 minutes and 2 young guys approach the door and realize it won’t open either so they start heading towards the side door as well. So finally I realize if I don’t leave I’m gonna be late for work and as I’m leaving I realize one of those same guys who knew I was standing there waiting is now unlocking the door by the time I get to my vehicle . So now im late for work and didn’t get the things I needed for today .

I could not find help when I needed it. The electric machine that's used to find out what type of oil filter I needed for my car was broken and the book would not open all the way. Because of this I did not buy my oil because I could not find the correct oil filter so I left the store. Walmart is beginning to be a pretty sorry store. Thank you 😝
