Pharmacy is the worst. Called ahead to have it ready. Waited the 30 minutes they said it would take and they still didn’t have my prescription ready when I got there so they made me get out of line and get back in. Don’t waste your time with these people. Silvers pharmacy is the way to go.

I’m glad there’s a Walgreens in Monticello Kentucky but it’s a little disappointing that the whole pharmacy has to shut down at the same time for lunch! It’s a business so why can’t the pharmacy staff stagger their lunch break to help other people who are trying to get things done while they have the time!

Service is usually very friendly and knowledgeable, but it can be slow, especially for drive-thru pharmacy service.Be aware that the pharmacy closes at least a couple of hours before the store closes, especially if you are waiting in the drive-thru. The last time I picked up a refill, I got in line for the drive-thru a little before 5:50, with two cars ahead of me. The line didn't move forward until maybe 6:20, and when I got to the window, the employee said that they were closed, and apologized. I knew that they closed at 6, but I assumed that before closing completely, they would take care of anyone who was already waiting, and I was wrong. (Moral of the story, don't waste the time waiting once closing time has passed.)

The staff at Walgreen's pharmacy has been very helpful. We just moved from out of state and they were able to pull my prescriptions and refill them for me very quickly. Also filled my daughter's quickly. Definitely continuing my use of this pharmacy

Impossible to get an actual person on the phone. Pharmacy is closed when it should be open, take forever to get your medicine only to come back and say "oh we're out of that". "You're insurance wont cover it, its $500 out of pocket." I'm going to be violently sick for several days after missing 2 doses of medicine because they closed early for no reason today.

Pharmacy was very rude when I ask about pricing and had zero intentions of helping me. Not only that but a few days before gave my medicine to the wrong customer, stating my mother picked it up, which was not true at all. I called my mother to verify! Very poor customer service!

Incompetent staff..rude uncaring ask for refills and they are hardly ever ready for pick up. Switching pharmacies asap. Sick of being treated this way. And having to make multi trips just to try and pick up meds that should have been ready. Lazy staff.

Called for my meds and they said they would get to it sometime today some ppl need there meds if there out n ready for there dose,very slow and rude,they said be ready in 30 mins and it wasn't ,,changing pharmacy

Went to get my child’s medicine and was told it would take 10 minutes went and run a few errands, and come back to be told it would be another 15-20 mins!!! VERY AGGRAVATING. They have 5 people working they should have it together better then they do! There also Very Rude!
