Overall, I have always loved Tractor Supply. This is not a review of the company but rather this particular location and or its management. Keep in mind I live 35 minutes from Somerset and 25 from Monticello. Going for supplies in either directions takes a minute. 3 weeks ago I went into Monticello to get propane, needed it pretty bad. Their adapter fitting for the larger tanks was missing its o ring so they could not fill me. After a bit, I dismissed it as they did me and I drove to Somerset and then home after getting the tank filled. About 2 hrs total trip, maybe little more. Fast forward to today, I needed propane pretty badly again. Being as Monticello is a little closer, I wanted to do my grocery shopping first then propane and go home. But before hand, I played it safe and called ahead to see if the propane issues were taken care of! The person on the phone reassured me it was all good! So, I drive into town, then get my groceries and stop there for the propane. Guess what?!?? Its not fixed and I cant get my tank filled! I am livid at this point! The girl was nice and professional though. But, I feel the management could use a little fire under their “you know what”! From now on, I will just go to Somerset!

I drove from Somerset because my TSC is always out of my dogs food. I called ahead and was told they had a few trays of her food and would place it by the register for me. When I arrived the food was at the register but to my surprise an employee searched the back and found to more cases. I am very happy with the extra effort.Thanks again!

I went there day before yesterday and was surprised that the helpful friendly service that I received they have a large amount of supply and just about everything I needed there for our jobs and side works it is a good place to go

Great sales, good tools. The customer service skills however are lacking. I noticed locals were treated very well. I however, who is married to a local, was treated as an outcast. Almost to the point of spending money at harbor freight instead of wasting my time going here and being treated sub human.

Went to tractor supply to get some propane and waited for about 20 minutes for service after going in and asking twice. My husband then went in and was told that the only person who could help me was busy on the phone and we would have to wait until she got off the phone. My husband then told her thank you,and good day.

Friendly staff, good selection of items. Went for boots and left with boots. Check out line moves quickly and staff is attentive.

Terrible place had dog collars locked up behind glass took forever to get it unlocked just to find out that the price was wrong marked 7.98 had employee double check price he did said it was correct at 7.98 finally after 30 minutes they get display area open to find collars rang up 125.00 each false prices long wait bad business will not go back to that store
