She stated that the girl that was helping her had to take a leave of absence due to having her baby. I said that's fine, (it had been 6to 7 week's, Eli hadn't been groomed. He was shaggy.The owner said she would give me a call in March or April to "work Eli in". I stated, can I make another appointment? "I'm just to busy by myself. I'll call. Okay I said.Never heard from her again.This business owner is very RUDE. My friends with dog's has told me she's been RUDE to them as well. Even, one of her neighbor said she was a hateful soul.To the owner of @TheDoghouse, you are not a nice lady at all. I will not ever walk back into your building. I even apologized for after you jumped all over me. For making a comment on Google Reviews.Well this one will STAY ❗ YOU ARE NOT Worth 1 STAR.You are a very rude and disrespectful towards your clients.

I've been taking my dog to this business for 13 years through 4 different owners and 3 different business names/locations. I was told today that my dogs (13 year old Shih Tzu and 3 year old yorkie) were no longer welcome there as we were not a "good fit". I had missed my appointment 6 weeks ago due to not checking a text message that was usually sent a week in advance and again one day prior to the appointment date. I wasn't told that I would no longer receive the one week advance notice. I was not too happy as I did not like the owner's personality and was not happy with her work ethic. I felt she lacked common courtesy and communication skills.

I was referred to this establishment while we were visiting the town for the month. I called to schedule a grooming for my 7 month puppy. Young lady answered the phone and I explained, I was here in town briefly and want to inquire about her services. She didn’t reply. I told her my puppy had been groomed a few times and still getting use to it, but I brush him nightly and since acquiring him I have played and held onto his paws, to get him use to being handled. No reply, was wondering if I loss connection. I did express he did not like the electric file. She then told me she was booked til mid November, maybe maybe not, I don’t know. What I do know, her lack of interest was very clear in me not being a customer. So I called Petsense the next town over, Somerset, spoke to Joyce, she inquired several questions and made appointment for this week.

She didn’t tell me she’d raised the price of grooming my dog when I dropped him off and then got extremely hateful with me when I didn’t have enough cash and had to write her a check.
