This is the location we frequent most because most of the dollar stores in town are low on stock most of the time. This store has a full inventory 95% of the time and very friendly employees.

The shelves were poorly stocked and out of sale items. The sale pricing on the shelves was not updated, common problem at many DG stores in this area. Love the LED lighting in this store though, it brightens up everything. I'm referring to the candy and food areas.

Since the pandemic I can’t get my usual items and most times it’s not stocked like it use to be. It seems many are bypassing Walmart and buying out the dollar general! The only good thing is it’s really close to me and on the flip side why would I have to visit the 5 dollar generals within the 14 mile radius of Monticello to get what I need? If I wanted to do that I’d just go to Walmart!😡but I have a difficult time walking through Walmart that’s why I choose this particular store!
