Jonathan helped us with the purchase of a woodstove. He went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. We interacted with several employees Braxton, Dustin and I believe Jan was her name. Everyone was friendly and very welcoming. I will definitely go back again.

The entire store was so helpful and when we were ready to leave our vehicle wouldn't start. several employees tried to help but in the end I needed a battery. The store manager Jonathan was good enough to get a battery they had in stock and even install it for us! he went the extra mile!

Great place to shop. They have everything you are needing for a small farm... But if your looking for hay or straw they are about 3 times more expensive then local farm stores in the tazwell area... Also corn is about 2.00 less a 50 pound bag at the local stores.. But its a good place for odds and In's for your small back yard farms

As an employee at Tractor Supply Middlesboro, I may be a little bias, but I've never worked at a better store. They carry everything I've ever needed as a farmer and homeowner. The southern country atmosphere is unmatched by any other retail outlet and is appreciated by customers and employees alike. Nice store, good location, plenty of parking for everyone (handicapable too ), easy access, visible from both sides of 25E, a wide variety of items ranging from snacks to chicken coops, gardening equipment, clothing, outdoor furniture, pet needs, baby chicks during the spring season, side by sides and so much more! VETERANS discounts...just ask !The only drawback is items are a little more pricy than at other places but then again, some items can't be found elsewhere. Definitely worth a visit.

Always wanted to visit a T.S.C. store and it was an impressive experience. They had the high quality item I viewed on their site in stock (not made in China! Whoa!)This has to be one of the most diversified stores ever...Need a high quality lawn mower? Boom! Need some cool western boots? Boom! Need a massive fireproof gun safe? Boom! How about some dog, cat, cattle or goat food? Boom! Perhaps a massive 8 foot rooster? Boom!A fun place with everything you need or don't need but would consider anyway. Cool location carved from inside a small earthen mountain where you can see veins of coal running horizontally.

i like the convenience of location and most of their products, they are a little pricey but most of the time have what i go there looking for,,the only reason i don't give it a 5 star rating is the workers, not enough to help you locate items and the checkout lane is only one and it really backs up at times

Okay first of all I'm not a person who likes to complain. But I feel the need. I went to Tractor Supply today to look for a replacement axle for my lawn tractor mowing deck. I looked on my own and could not find what I needed, soI asked the cashier and and she said we do not sell anything like that. To which I replied, but I purchased one here last year. That whole discussion should never have happened. She should have summons one of the people in the back who might be more familiar with what I needed. She could not offer to do so. So I asked her to find me some help. The gentleman took me to the product immediately and when I looked at the price tag for a replacement plastic wheel with an axle it was $24 and change. He did not offer me an alternative knowing that I did not need the wheel just the axle. Again I went searching for what I needed and found a bolt that would suffice for $0.55 plus tax. My wife and I give a restaurant three tries. I know that's two more than most. But we are fair. We are losing our communicative skills. The young lady in the front did not want to deal with me. the man who waited on me should most definitely have given me alternatives. Just last week I went to their competitor a local mom-and-pop plumbing store where they did everything correctly. Helped me out of several situations giving me several Alternatives and saving me money.

I give the Barourville T. S. 5 stars because they have an excellent selection of merchandise and their employees are very helpful and polite. Then there is the management team hands down by far they go above and well beyond the norm.So 5⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐'s it is!!!

They seem to always have the best prices. TSC in Middlesboro people I know working there. You always willing to help you out. They have a better price on propane than anybody else in town. If they don't have it they will order it for you and have it to you in a few days. Every Tractor Supply Company, I know is this way in their operation.

I literally hate this place and if any other place even remotely within the vicinity had propane at comparable pricing, I would never step foot in this store again. Sometimes, I wrestle with whether it would be less excruciating to freeze to death in my camper without heat or to go to the Middlesboro Tractor Supply. Every other Tractor Supply I have been to offered incredible customer service. This is the armpit of Tractor Supply stores.

Last trip was the worst ever # line at cash register .then the only cashier went to fill propane gas tanks. Left no one there went hunt mgr. Was talking on phone and was not talking business. Finely after 20 minutes someone comes I need something that they had locked display and wanted me to let a line of people get in front of me. That bull#### told them I had been waiting to wait on me .worst vist ever $##.

Plenty of what ever your looking for and employees are friendly. But the ladies restroom was dirty. Toilet was unsanitary and appeared to have not been cleaned in weeks. And no toilet paper. And sadly this was early in the day, so no excuses for it but lack of cleaning!

There needs to be traing on, what is acceptable customer service. If you need help or if a cashier needs management they have to wait while the line of customers gets longer. Why do they not just hire more workers ?

Great place to go for gardening needs, pet supplies, outdoor furnishings, trailers for towing, utvs, clothing, yard decor & so much more. Convenient locations, easily accessible, handicapable parking & entrance, lawn supplies, and even baby chicks ( diddles ) when the season is right. Don't forget the pre fab coops and bunny hutches.My only downfall is that some of their items are a little pricy. Other than that it is a great place to stop in and pick up your supplies and even something to haul them in or on depending on your needs.

We purchased a new Huskee riding mower for my dad and it has been nothing but trouble ever since. He had it two weeks and it tore up, gave him a new one. He had the other one a month and it tore up, took Tractor Supply over a month to receive the part and fix it. Now he has had it 3 days and it is tore up again. Thank goodness we bought the extended warranty on it. Tractor Supply's customer service is a joke. I will never purchase anything there again!!

The store places orders for items their customers need, but the Middlesboro store doesn't receive their shipments. It is a real inconvenience for management and customers. Tractor Supply, keep your Middlesboro, KY stocked with what they order. We're tired of it! It is not this store's fault!

Found what I needed myself. Wasn't bothered with sales associates following me around. Am very hard of hearing and didn't hear what cashier asked, told her to repeat and she didn't speak louder. Don't know what I missed.

Not once have I been in a tractor supply that I didn't enjoy. I don't know of it is just the people they hire or the store set up. The store is great and I'll go back.
