Service was terrible. Waiting 15 minutes to get our drink order was crazy. Food came out to window and sat for 15 minutes before being brought to table. The Cheeseburger was made twice and came out cold both times. The fajitas were warm at best and usually come out sizzling. The burrito was ok to say the least. Service was super terrible. The worst part was we came an hour away from Cincinnati to eat here. The restaurant was not even busy. No excuse. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy.

With lines like these think Walmart would do whatever it takes to make sure that as many lines would be open as possible. But no it stays like these that they shut down four lanes in both self checkout areas.

I hate Walmart nowadays. They charge too much and and they track you as soon as you enter the store and they force/manipulate you to sign up for Walmart + and when you do? It's terrible. They charge 3 and 4 times more on Walmart + than in the physical store. And they wont ship or deliver certain items for no reason at all.I am sick of Walmart and their manipulation tactics to trick you into spending/buying more than you wanted.They made the aisles smaller and more cramped and they make it incredibly difficult to find anything because it's all scattered throughout the store to manipulate you into spending more money than you originally planned to. It's called impulse buying.They have recently started getting rid of the self checkouts and now you can expect to stand in a super long line that takes over 45 minutes to get through because they only have 1 or 2 cashiers working serving about 50 to 100 customers at the busiest times of the month and the busiest time of the day.They no longer have low prices and it's just ridiculous to shop there now. It takes too long to find things. And when you do find the things you want they are sold out. I feel like they track the most popular items they sell and then make them scarce so then folks are forced to sign up and pay for Walmart + to buy those items online at Walmart + and then get charged quadruple the amount you would have paid in thr physical store. All while paying the cost of Walmart + under deceptive and false advertising to get "free shipping" when you dont get any free shipping. Maybe on very few things.Long story short I avoid Walmart and only shop there when it's my only choice. I'd say Boycott them but that's my personal views and choice.

Dropped my rings off to be resized a month ago two weeks in I stopped by to see if they were ready lady says o I forgot to ship them off 🤬so they finally got shipped off two more weeks we will call you when there in so I called a few days later nothing so today I went up there with no phone call why because they can't even write down a simple phone number correct 🤬 finally got my rings I will never buy jewelry again from them and btw maybe teach your employees on how to have better customer service

Walmart can't make up their minds. After making their customers perform manual labor without compensation for 2-3 years, they've decided self checkouts are gonna work. They owe everyone who has shopped there and used self checkout an apology and some wages that we rightfully earned. I was surprised that I didn't walk in to find that customers were gonna be required to unload trucks and put stock away.

Would be perfect if you didn't have to wait on an associate for 30 minutes to get anything you desire. Cologne, car service, sporting goods, electronics. It's horrible. Other than that, everything can usually be found here. For a decent a price as well. Just don't expect speedy service everytime.

I know Walmart is taking over. It is just so convenient. Who doesn't just love 1-stop shopping. So far all the employees I have been exposed to have been more than helpful and exceptionally friendly. Happy Shopping 🛍️

My wife and I are disappointed with Walmart. Because it took 5 transactions to complete are order . because of some new updating on the registers . It took forever and ended up missing the maysville Christmas 🎄 parade . and the also kept the sour cream and cheddar chips as well .what can Walmart do for us to keep us as your customers .

It's a very lovely place to shop I love Walmart. The people that work there are kind n friendly. I do wish they would bring lay a way back but other than that I love to shop at walmart.

They're alright. It's Walmart, you'll see someone from most every walk of life. My only complaint is THEY WONT GO BACK TO 24HRSI miss my hungry adventures to Walmart where I'd watch crackheads skip through the frozen pizza aisle

Not much different from any other Walmart supercenter. You can usually find what you need. Wish they had more employees running checkout, but that's a general complaint for all stores.

I drive all the way there over an hour just to find empty boxes on shelves. Come on restock your rubber ducks in baby department.

Shelves fully stocked. Employees move out of way for shoppers when they are stocking shelves. Clean store. Busy but we were able to check out quickly.

We used to shop there every week but they don't have people to check you out so now we shop elsewhere. Even when we have to go to maysville we avoid this store.

They usually have what I need. However sometimes when I need something from a locked case they take forever to get someone to unlock it. One time I waited over 15 min for an employee from the auto dept to come over and unlock the case for the headlight bulbs. Otherwise I do t really have anything negative to say about this location.

Terrible, for one the hours need to go back to what it was and the service ha none I shop here maybe once in 2 months because I hate it that much!!!!! If I do need to stop here it’s 15 mins before they have the close and they already have the doors shut way before closing time!!!!

Need cashier's it's quicker. Less people waiting in groups. Self checkout, should only be a few for those that have only a few items. People sometimes miss scanning a product, then some are prosecuted. Open more checkout and stop the self scan. You cut back on the cashiers and prices are still going up. 😕

Today June 13 at 11:00a.m. I shopped at Walmart. I am elderly and disabled and use a drivable scooter. I’ve noticed that since you stopped letting people drive the scooters out to their cars that there are more available when I need to shop. Thank you so much as this has made it a much better shopping experience being able to have a scooter. I couldn’t shop without it. The way it used to be there were never any carts. Thanks for remedying the problem

Me and my boyfriend went to pick up a few things and forgot a bag of stuff there and every time I called I got hung up on. By the way I called seven times. So we went back to the store and the girl working the self checkout at register 2 said our stuff was at customer service desk. Went there and they couldn't find it. So another worker there said our stuff was still up there at the register. I think they need to start answering the phone and hire some new employees that's going to work.

What can you really say about a Walmart. I have been to many. This one is clean and orderly. It is well stocked and the employees are friendly and helpful. Check outs, both man and self-serve are typically quick and readily open.

Have good variety of merchandise in stock every thing for gardening good price. The only bad part of shopping here is no checkout lanes open. Self checkout is good. When you ask for assistance they get upset I give a thumb 👎 on that. Otherwise. Ok shopping 🛒
