A very unfriendly staff, especially if you have questions, the staff acts as though you are inconveniencing them. I've not dealt with the pharmacy staff, but the store staff needs some improvement on customer service, especially when a customer has questions. You shouldn't argue with the customer and make them feel stupid, you should be more patient and actually listen and try to help them understand. Deep sighing, a large exhale of exasperation and sarcastic tones come through the phone just as clearly as in person, so be aware when speaking to people, they can hear your annoyance. If speaking to someone and answering questions is not what you want to do, maybe you should find another field of employment.

The inside of the store is nice and clean. The staff is friendly. The PHARMACY is not the same since changing from RiteAid is the reason for the 3 star rating - the wait time is horrible inside and drive-thru for the PHARMACY only. They are in need a more efficient system to speed up the process.

The hold times to talk to someone is just ridiculous. Everytime I call I'm on hold for 10-15 min.... This time I'm currently at 11 min.Not to mention, I was waiting in the drive-thru why I watched the lady wait on 3 other people inside well after I hit the call button. I'll be picking up my last prescription from there today.

I have to pick up medicine once a week on Thursdays for myself and I absolutely dread it. I'm positively going to find another pharmacy after this month worth of meds run out. The automated phone system is a joke. They never have it ready on time, it's always a big hassle. They always say that I don't have another refill when I will have 3 or 4 left. I hate it..I always leave with a headache . They even text me and say the meds are ready then when I drive 35 minutes to pick them up they will look at me and say sorry we made a mistake.....REALLY??? They suck

I've been a customer at this locations for many years and they've consistently been helpful and courteous. Their commitment to going above and beyond, especially with immunizations, despite occasional delays and being understaffed is amazing.

Been sick trying in line at drive thru for over 20min they let people wait and hold up line instead of having them pull around so people who have called ahead don't have to sit here 25 my n now and still two cars in front of me

This place is seriously a joke , they were very rude to my mother , I’ve been All over the country to many different pharmacies and many different Walgreens and never have I seen that kind of behavior and negativity, I won’t be going back and I think it’s safe to say my mother will now switch pharmacies, this isn’t the first problem we have had with the place either , and funny enough every other review they have that I seen is also a bad review that’s similar, if your looking into going here for any reason my advice would be to go elsewhere

I call scripts in Saturday 1:18 p.m. to be filled, go Sunday at 5:45 p.m. to pick up they have not even started filling them yet. Poor time management on the Pharmacy end.

There would be NO STARS but it will not allow me !!!!! This place is a complete JOKE since taken over !!!! Rite Aid worked great, but these jack wipes can't fill anything on time and tell you it is your fault !!! Maybe they need to have a store closing very soon !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Waiting for over an hour in line at the pharmacy before finally leaving and NOT ONCE did an employee or pharmacy technician acknowledge my presence, or any of the other customers
