Employees didn’t explain anything to someone who’s never dealt with propane before. Customer service lady was very rude and talked down to me after I was trying to understand a miss understanding one of her coworkers had caused. It took another one of coworkers to respectfully talk to me to figure out what the miss understanding was and explained why it happened and apologized for it happening.

will not fill 20/30 lb propane tanks by the gallon. Asked why they would charge me for product they didn't give me and she said 'that's just how we do it". I said I will give my money to Tractor Supply then...Called the Winchester KY location and they said SURE, we fill by the gallon! Another reason I can't stand Maysville and their democrat run BS. Glad I don't live in this city!

FYI!! If you're a small time farmer just keep looking elsewhere if you need anything done in a timely manner. We needed a seeder, what we got was put off & not the first time either. You're gonna keep getting put off and put off and put off again so they can take care of their larger more profitable customers. To heck with us little guys just trying to survive...

This is a great place! Friendly, helpful service, old store kinda feel. Specializing in farm, garden and home supply. Bulk mulch, great slection of plants and trees. Animal feeds for, Chickens, goats, sheep, horses, cattle, dogs and cats. Many types of bird seed. Employees will help load anything into your car or truck!
