I pulled up, was greeted and asked what I wanted, I answered with no response for almost a minute, I said "hello?" And they said "order when ready" like I didn't just order, I pull up and pay, the lady in the window was very nice, I finally got my food and drove all the way home just to find out the SS Bacon Cheeseburger I received was really a normal Cheeseburger, no second patty, no second slice of cheese, or any bacon.

This location has certainly gone downhill. The last few times I’ve gone to this location, the food and/or employees have been mediocre. Tonight was the last time I’d ever try anything at this location. After driving 35 minutes, all I wanted to order were two slushies and a kids meal. After each slushy ordered, the person asked if I wanted nerds in it. I would respond “no, thank you” and continue on with the order. After ordering the second slushy and saying no to nerds yet again, I go to order the kids meal. A different employee comes over the speaker and asks yet again if I wanted nerds. I said no, thinking they must have misheard me. As I continue trying to order the kids meal, the second employee keeps asking if I want nerds in various items, including the milk with the kids meal, while snorting-laughing. I get joking around, but the constant interruptions while trying to place a very simple order was just annoying, especially after the long drive. We ended up leaving and not getting anything because they had turned the whole thing into a joke and I didn’t feel like wasting money on a meal that I’m sure wouldn’t be correct since their focus was on some running joke versus taking an order.

Stopped here for lunch on 12/28/23...The order taker person seemed to have more things to do than take my order...once I gave her my order It took 30 minutes to get a cheeseburger...people who ordered after me got their food before I did...my cheeseburger, when I got it, turned into a chicken sandwich... it seemed the staff was more interested in getting the drive thru orders completed before the eat in customers were serviced...will NEVER eat here again!

I wanted a limeade drink she made it perfect and that is best onion rings I had got thank since the last yr I have been back in Ky thank you

Best softserve I have ever had.Please give Trista a raise she was the nicest cashier I've had and she made the shakes too.Parking: Always free spots if not they clear one up almost instantly with how fast they work.Kid-friendliness: My kid loves the store and their food the workers love making the kids laugh too.

Literally the best restaurant I've ever been to. Food was amazing, service was surprisingly fast, and the playground was an amazing experience (I'll miss you josh, until we meet again at a sonics playground) overall, this is the best fast food I've ever had.P.S their onion rings were out of this world

This has always been an iconic stop for ice cream and comfort food. I don't know of anywhere else you can still get a foot long coney. Plenty of options here, with hamburgers, hot dogs, onion rings, fries, etc, etc, etc. Some of the best soft serve and shakes you could possibly ever taste! Way too many options to pick just one!Parking: Plenty of parking here and easy access. Also has overflow into a Walmart parking lot. Parking will never be a problem.Kid-friendliness: I don't know what kid could not like an ice cream place with this many options in hot dogs, fries, hamburgers, chicken fingers, chicken nuggets, etc.Wheelchair accessibility: Street level injury, with wheelchair access and outdoor seating.

I just wanted to give a shout-out to the morning assistant manager (I think is what her name tag said) Krissie. She’s very sweet and was absolutely accommodating when I asked about ordering an old menu item they used to have. She tried her best to mix it up correctly (smoothie) and was pleasant the whole time. It’s just nice to see that bit of kindness, as it’s not so common anymore!

By far the best fast food restaurant in Maysville. Always timely, consistent, and extremely friendly! The woman working the drive thru at around 2:45 on 4/8/22 was so personable and sweet and took the time to make conversation with me which is a rare occurrence now especially in this industry. Every visit there they are so sweet.

Daughter and I stopped here to just get a quick snack, and ordered milkshakes. The lady taking our order informed us that their ice cream machine was out of order for the time being but preceded to day that we could still get milkshakes thou because they blend them by hand. Well when we got them we had already left the premises and was headed home. So when I took a drink of mine it was horrible. It was pretty much like drinking oreo runny milk. Daughters was the same way. Was very disappointed in the product. Then went back today to try it one last time, I asked over the intercom where the list was for their ice cream desserts. She responded with a quick snobby response and when I couldn't ever find what she said on the menu bored, and made it aware to her that I couldn't see it on the menu she never responded back. So let upset with 2 bad visits there. But still got 3 stars because the food is usually pretty good.

So service is very slow and inaccurate. I've been through here a few times and my order is usually prepared wrong. The food is good, but after the third time of getting my order wrong I think it's a hard pass from now on.
