Was in a couple weeks ago and "Chris" helped me in picking out a dog kennel which I converted into a real nice rabbit hutch. It's a 6x4x8' GOOD FRIENDS brand w/cover. It's high quality and easy to assemble, powder coated as well, AND all the parts were there! Whenever I've been in the store here in Maysville, the service has been excellent. We even went back to get another bunny for the one we already had!Clint

I was having an allergic reaction to their popcorn and when I called to ask about what they used to make it, they refused to tell what they put into it and only said that it wasn't peanut oil, which was my main concern because that's one of my only known allergies. I understand "trade secrets" but putting a customer's health at risk because you don't want to confirm what they could be having an allergic reaction to is baffling.

Always enjoy visits to Rural King, it's clean and well laid out. The animal feed prices and quality seem to be better than tra****r su**ly {we have had more than one bad, mouldy bags of food from there but never any problem with Rural King). Plus it's just fun to wander about and see the amazing amount of different products.Worth the extra 40 minute drive.

They've always got free popcorn. They've got a huge selection of cat toys and they've got some of the biggest, and best, cat trees for sale I've ever seen.My cat thoroughly enjoys everything I've ever bought from there (even the large pet bed I wasn't sure he'd use.

Pricey, but keep an eye out for sales. I bought a Carhartt coat and found out it was on sale when I got to the cash register. Saved a lot. Nice.

Horrible service had to go to 4 different regelisters to try my card. After 35 minutes I was basically told sorry go somewhere else .wouldn't get a supervisor or manager AR anything. Never going back

Great place! Excellent service! Just bought a new recliner and they knocked 20% off the price because it had a small place in the fabric that was barely even noticeable. I have found that they have high quality items at lower prices than the other places in our small-ish town.

I went in there to buy $10,000 in guns and ammo and i waited for and our just to be acknowledged. I when someone did show they ignored me still after I told them what i wanted. I was just treated like a no body like I was invisible. I will never be back there again.

Never been treated that rudely before. Asked the cashier about buying a couple of the used rail road ties they have in the parking lot and got attitude from the cashier about how they don’t sell those here. The manager she asked just rolled his eyes and walked away refusing to talk to us. And yet as we left we saw a huge stack of the rail road ties we wanted to buy.

Great place good deals. When they first opened the poeple the worked there were great you ask they would take u to were it was. Now you Ask and they say over there.. I was getting tire for my lawn mower ask for help finding the size I needed a other guy was back there looking at tubs called the front on his cell and asked for some help no one came after they said they were on there way.. this is how you do it at RK..

I agree with Ben Edwards review! We were in there Fri to grab a few clothing items for my husband and the checkout lines were moving slower than a sloth. 2 were open, at first one only was. Front desk was just up doing whatever and we just stood. Management did nothing to get the lines moving not the Rural King we loved. Won't be back for a long time, there's other choices!

I love Rural King! If you're a farmer, this is a great go-to store. They have everything from live baby chicks, ducks and rabbits to horse and chicken feed and everything in between. They have yard ornaments and plants and seeds. They have cool clothes!The people at the Maysville location are so kind and helpful and will carry it out to your car if needed.

Cashier was very rude. 3 registers opened and she was standing there with no one in line so we went to her lane. She acted like we were bothering her going to her lane. Price rang up wrong and she was hateful about it. Very rude. Usually great service there. She wouldn't even do a price check. Just extremely rude.

Store isn't clean, bathrooms had feces on the walls, most items were not stocked. And staff never even acknowledged me. They wouldn't stop having personal conversations with friends to wait on the customers.

Rural King is quite an amazing store. Such variety… so many departments with so many different products. Including a large clothing department. Not only that, but the pricing is low compared to many stores. And they always have sales. We got shirts, jeans, security lights and more…

Great prices all around and carry just about anything you'll need. Bought some ammo for a good deal, very tempted to buy some firearms they had great prices on. Kid behind the counter was friendly and helpful, woman manager that came up was a tad uptight and seemed like she was ready to leave lol.

The young man behind the register was the only person trying to help us.. We went back and took a picture of what we were needing. He asked for help from customer service and we got zero customer service, everyone passed the buck on to another!! I dislike giving this rating due to the young man's effort, but your lack of customer service at this Maysville location just isn't there!!!
