Joe came today & did the maintenance on our two systems. While here he found a starter motor was not up to par & took care of that. He also diagnosed a longstanding damper issue and will order the parts & take care of that too. Joe will continue to be our “go to guy” for future HVAC needs. Ethan, Craig and Kyle did an amazing job on my installation! They did a complete dual fuel, heat pump/air installation in one day. They arrived at 8:30am and didn’t leave until the job was complete at 7 pm. They were very professional, did an amazing job on the install and left my basement cleaner than it was before they arrived! Great company with a great crew! Highly recommend! Thanks guys! Joel was fantastic! I have never had my HVAC looked at before due to this being my first home with central heat/air. Joel explained everything to me and made sure I understood what needed to be done before he did anything and before I was charged for anything. I did the premier service package and it was a great deal of relief to know they’ll be coming twice a year to make sure everything is taken care of. I’d recommend this company to anyone!

There is nothing ethical about charging someone 269.00 for a 20.00 part (hot surface ignitor). Tech said they give me a year warranty on it! Umm it would be cheaper to buy 13 replacement parts! Another 100 charge for labor.

Premier did great work for us! We did a routine maintenance on our unit to keep things in tip-top shape as well as had it cleaned by their recommendation. i had them come out they over price there jobs. The national average is 5k-6800 they go to 8k on a cheap install! The ladies at the office are rude and inconsiderate. If you value quality over quantity i do not recommend them save yourself a headache!

Central air stopped working out of nowhere with a forecast saying near triple digit heat in the next few days. Called at 1:30 pm, Jonathan was there by 3 p.m., and had our A/C back on by 4 p.m. Have been considering replacing my entire HVAC system due to its old age and thanks to the quality of work Jonathan did, will be calling next spring for Premier to handle it.
