Went to Maysville Lowes to pick up item I purchased online that was not eligible for shipping or available locally. This was about an hour drive for me. Once at the store I was informed I could not pick up my order due to the computer system being offline. The issue was not the fault of the local store. I asked to speak with the manager to see if there were other options. The manager was polite, knowledgeable, open-minded and she was able to help me.

I own and operate a commercial Christmas tree farm in a neighboring county and went to this Lowe’s to purchase a new heavy duty mower to clear a grassy field so workers could start planting approximately 200 new trees. Bought the mower needed., arranged for delivery to support my planting and when delivery time came…nope no delivery. Called and got all kinds of homespun “Gosh we are really sorry” but zero action out of the on duty manager, he accused me of threatening him and all kinds of silly things. I asked why didn’t you or your team call to let me know you couldn’t support, I get “Gosh we are really sorry”. All that was missing was a 12 year old staring at the ground and kicking rocks. Absolutely the worst manager, try taking charge and making something happen for the customer who is paying for your job! Going to see the store manager tomorrow but at this point I see no recourse to this but cancellation of the order. Time to look for someone willing to run a business like a business instead of Ma and Pa Kettle’s store.Follow up: drove to store to attempt to speak with the store manager, was informed he was on a conference call with his boss. Maybe true then again maybe not. Spoke with an assistant store manager, she relayed my issues to the manager on the conference call. Said he will call me in an hour. We shall see what develops. More time away from my job of running my business to deal with what is Lowe’s problems. Very frustrating.Final update: had a nice conversation with the store manager “Kristopher”. Went very well and my concerns were addressed he appropriately compensated me for my issues and we parted under very good conditions. Changing my star rating to five stars based on the the store manager and his desire to improve his teams performance going forward. Received the mower on time and as promised.

Unacceptable behavior and attitude. Way for a titled employee to represent your brand. WORST STORE IN MAYSVILLE. Rec'd an email regarding your new MyLowe's rewards program and went the store, found a couple of items that we needed and went to the self check outs to check out. I asked the Head Cashier Oscar who was standing there doing literally nothing about how the program worked: got a stare down from him, a huff and he comes over and says this is self serve. Says you have to use the app and I said I don't have the app - he says you can use your phone number. I asked where I put it in at and he points at the screen and says go back - I said to him where? And in the most condescending way, he says right there, let my educate you and once again reminded me that I was in the self serve line. IF YOU WANT YOUR CUSTOMERS WHO SPEND THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY IN YOUR STORE TO KNOW THE NEW REWARDS PROGRAM....at lease have the HEAD CASHIER be personable, and willing to let you know how the program works. Oh not to mention that I said to him - its ok I'll figure it out and go away with your attitude. He proceeded to take a step closer further into my personal space, within inches of my ear and I could feel him huff/breathe on me. I asked him to move and he wouldn't so my husband stepped in and told to him to move away from me. AGGRESSION in a retail store is horrible from someone that is supposed to be trained to assist you. To raise a situation from 0-10 in a few rude and heartless statements. I admit I was not the nicest of person to him once he started to run his mouth - he especially being a titled customer service person/employee should to be trained in de-escalation of a situation and not to try to see how far you can push someone with rudeness and disrespectful talking down to them. Not one person apologized for his behavior or asked if they could help - just more rudeness and we were told to leave "his store" - when we were already at the second door exiting. You have lost a customer from this point on and I will NEVER step foot or spend another cent in your store.

The Maysville store is a black eye to Lowe’s. The store is grossly under staffed and the staff that does work are the most rude people you will encounter. My business will go elsewhere. This is the the third time in two years that not a single person was available for help and the one person that was working rudely just said “we are under staffed” and went on her way not giving a damn about anything going on. This store should close or hire people that actually will work for their paycheck. I am done with the Maysville Lowes!!!

To no fault of the employees there but Lowes went and said no more Military Discounts on lumber. Why no reason that was given. Contracters still get their discount but I guess they can put their lives on the line the next war....

So we are camping at blue lick campground and ran into some issues which warranted a trip to the local Lowes. We needed an RV 30amp heavy duty extension cord, soooo you go to the electrical department, right, wrong!!! They didn't have any, so now we are trying to get all the components to make one, can't find all the components! Frustration levels are rising and then enters Joe! Joe not only went above helping us, but takes us to plumbing! yes I just said plumbing.... and there is the exact extension cord we are trying to purchase! Now as far as I'm concerned I'm tickled that they have it and now we can get back to camping, and Joe saved the day, however..... who ever put the heavy duty extension cords in plumbing....WRONG!!! If you need it in both places, fine but for goodness sake use common sense and put it in the electrical dept with the other extension cords too!!!! NOTE! please see pics as Joe's picture is there so you know who to go to for help, but thank you to this lowes for having a wall saluting our veterans. THANK YOU JOE FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE AND DO FOR US!!!

Where to begin, for shopping it's adequate for the area and the majority of employees will do their best to help you, on the flip side I would NEVER recommend it as a career choice unless you like grade schooler drama, as a veteran I guess I'm use to a more disciplined environment, while a good majority are great to work with, there is another majority that like to create drama, some are because of their age and others are old enough to know better yet somehow think they are mature when acting like a 5 yr old. All in all, it was a learning experience and why I've always had jobs away from that nonsense.P.S. Zach?? Manager?? Lawn & Garden??🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 lol yeah ok, pick the least working individual in the store as management, just more proof I made the right decision. Rural King doesn't reward lazy people like Lowes does.Good riddance!!

Today was the most horrible service I've ever experienced in my entire life at Lowes in Maysville Ky. The store manager that I spoke to name is Blake. I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of building materials pressure washers garden tillers tools and this guy would not even give me the time of day-to listen to my concern. I had to wait 20 minutes to talk to him and then he said he couldn't find me in the system after looking for another 10 mins. I gave Blake my lowes credit-card that I put my pressure washer and my tiller on to use to look me up and he said he couldn't do it that way. I showed him the broken tiller and the pressure washer that I had loaded in the back of my truck to try to explain the concerns and all he could say was to call the company's when I get home that there's nothing he could do for me. I ask if he could do anything for me to help me with getting a part or something that was broke and he simply stated no.. wow, unbelievable horrible manager skills. I plan on calling the Better Business Bureau reporting the lows in Maysville and also disputing my credit-card payment to lowes for this equipment .

Everyone has probably been to a Lowes store and knows what they're like. If there's bad ones out there, I haven't been in one. This is my local store and I can tell you that it is extremely clean, well stocked and full of friendly, helpful people. I will definitely be going back and will continue to shop there.

I really like this place and the service is quite nice. People are helpful for finding things and are really friendly people. Although Lowe's could do a little bit of a better job on keeping plants alive. I saw a few dead flowers and succulent that looked quite horrid.

I received a gift from a friend of 2 nice ceiling fans the gift was very nice however just the day prior of receiving the 2 ceiling fans I had order online through Amazon the fans I nneeded. So I ended up taking my fans In for an exchange without a receipt and they were still able to assist me and hook me up with a $160 in store credit. I haven't spend it yet but I will on the next few days

Three stars is the average I will give this store. They usually have what I need. But you should be prepared to find it yourself.No help on the floor whenever I go. Cashiers aren't hard to find because there is usually only one at the pro desk. For the whole store.

Customer service Susie couldn't have been more rude I was trying to make a warranty claim on none other than kobolt a lowes product she wouldn't even give me the time of day and that's supposed to be the manager I find it hard to believe that people with attitudes like that are in charge of others if you hate your job that much you should just quit I will be changing tool brand for sure

I waited a month for delivery of an order. Upon ordering it said all of the products were available but once ordered the delivery date kept getting moved further and further back. They only had two items of the 40+ ordered. After waiting a month, I am done. I am a pro member as well. What kind of professional waits more than a month for materials? And 2 hours on hold every time you try to call for help. I'm shopping at my local store from now on, you have lost a loyal customer.

Probably the worst lowes I have ever been to even though that's not saying much. Constantly disappointed when I leave that store. Associates are only knowledgable in opening up a cash register to take people's money. Heaven forbid you asked them where something is or ask questions about a product. That is, if you can find an associates to begin with.

Maysville location is selling fig trees that are not for the growing zone. Two out of the three varieties offered were for growing zone 7-9 and we are zone 6a or 6b. They'd die overwinter. Careful what you buy.

If you need help or need to find an item or have a question then Don’t go to Lowes. Once in a while you might find a friendly helpful salesperson. They are usually so fed up with the place too. I feel sorry for that person. They have most people working there that know less than I about home improvement supplies and such and are useless. I can find items myself just wondering around. We tried to buy a refrigerator today but you can’t. I comes from some other place and you have to sit home for delivery. Luckily I remember a local appliance store in town and got one there. I won’t make that mistake again. Try to shop local in little stores and get better service and people who care.

Need to pay attention to customer lines and open more registers as needed. Standing in line for 20 minutes to check out is simply ridiculous. Having only 2 registers open created the problem.
