I was there yesterday in Maysville Kentucky (January 8, 2024) at 3pm and a woman named Deann was extremely rude to me when I had an item that was 40% off and she laughed at me saying it wasn't when IN FACT I got it from the 40% section! I then kindly asked to call a manager up front to the register she was using and again laughed and ignored me then calls someone on the phone asking if they had there iPad to check the price when I specifically asked for management. She rolled her eyes up at me and was not even willing to call for the assistance I was needing. I was greeted so kindly earlier by a man and woman back near the bathroom area that were so warming when spoke until I go to check out and this woman that apparently thinks she's better then me wanted to make me feel like I wasn't important enough to communicate with. I tried telling her multiple times and she continued to ignore me. I will Never go back here unless this woman Is delt with! What happened to customer service? I paid over 260. Just yesterday there! Only to walk out crying cause I felt disregarded and very disrespected. I would appreciate it if a store manager or Corporate contacts me cause if management doesn't? I will take this higher. Money isn't an option for me.😘

Walking in the Maysville store, a dark-haired woman pierced/tattooed, was walking out on her phone: yelling-LOUDLY "---- this job" I can't "----in' " believe Tim is such a joke" "I "----in' " hate it here" oh there was more BUT-we walked faster to get into the store away from her. We stop in the Home Decor section about 1/2 hour later, there were 2 female employees talking in an aisle. I say excuse me and the SAME woman that was yelling and swearing earlier turns & says "yeah, huffs and what do you need?" I ask about the brackets, and she says "IF we have any, they're in the next aisle over and points" she turns around and continues her conversation. We go over to where she pointed couldn't find them and left the store. You lost 2 customers because of the rudeness, the language and the way that woman represented your store was sickening. Core values: Honoring the Lord, Family and offering customer service. Wow! NOT THAT DAY!!! Not from that employee.

I love hobby lobby! I've not interacted with any of the staff except for one lady who just finished checking people out on the register and she was exceptional. It was my first time in the store and you could tell that she was kinda new there herself as she showed me where the watercolor supplies are. She's good people and the store has something for everyone. I get so excited to go there and explore. Also, it always smells amazing. My photo is of some some wall art and other decorations that celebrate music. I love that they sell stuff like that because music is a big part of my life.

I don't know what it is. It doesn't matter what kind of mood I'm in, when I walk into a hobby lobby it puts a big smile on my face. I think I just love the cleanliness, the neatness and the organization. It's just a fresh, clean and aromatic experience. It's just a place you want to be an explore. It has something for everyone.

Very clean store, cordial helpers. Unfortunately, they didn't have a wide selection of colors of netting, but I did purchase a couple colors. It was 40% off, so that was a plus.

I was welcomed as I walked in (wasn't expecting that),offered a cart when I came back for one (really wasn't expecting that)! Lots of sales and I'm happy there's a location closer to me. Definitely will be back!

Been going to this place for years never had a problem before. Today I took daughter there to buy some arts and crafts for her and to look at a new cricut. We was asked to leave by a man named Tim cleaning the floors as soon as we walked in... Apparently he just cleaned the floors and didn't want people walking on them is this the type of service they provide??

The staff is always friendly, the store is always clean and the sales are awesome. I save anywhere from 20 to 40 dollars on my mesh and ink pads. They also have alot of different cutouts for decorations on the wreaths.

Very nice store! Girls at the registers FANTASTIC!!! Upper management not so much ! I spent $200 and was going to spend more but apparently management was way to busy to talk to me , I stood upfront and waited on her for roughly 12-15 minutes ! I thanked the the ladies upfront, but explained that I felt I had waited to long and I felt it was rude ( I’m a store manager and I would never leave a customer waiting on me for 12-15 minutes) They apologized over and over ! I thanked them and left !
