I dined in. All the food that we had except for one flight was cold. My daughter had french fries and chicken tenders and french fries were cold and the chicken tenders were funny tasting. The chicken Parmesan was absolutely horrible. I would actually recommend taking that item off of your menu. Service was pretty good. Nice people. Just the food was bad. This is the fourth attempt. I’ve tried the last two years and I believe this will be my last time ever coming here again.

Food was good and kept stocked on the breakfast bar. Salad was fresh as well.The waitress was scattered and somewhat slow but may have had too many tables and she sat us in her section.The restaurant was clean and well kept.

Emily called me up and said, "hey girl come eat!" I said, "I will be there as soon as I leave the beauty shop." I had that new Smasher Burger thingy and those onions were lip smacking!That Scott guy that works there looked extra good today in his jeans.I just love Frisch's!

There were 6 in our group and we had separate orders and some were a little complicated, our server Kacey A. did an excellent job and was very pacient with us. The salad bar was nice and fresh and everything was full. All of our food was delicious and hot when they brought it out. Thank you for the wonderful service Kacey and the rest of the crew!!!

This is the worst experience I've had at this location. The salad bar was disgusting. The soup kettle was empty. The spaghetti noodles and sauce were crunchy and old. The Mac n cheese was the same way. Service was awful. There were 6 tables around us that hadn't been bussed. Nothing on the salad bar was cold, nothing on the hot side was hot. The best part of this experience was the water with lemon.

Food wasn't bad. Glasses weren't particularly clean. Looked like whomever the night shift were did not clean up 100% for morning shift. Bathroom needed a nice touch, night shift again probably.Ordered the "California omelet", got delivered a veggie omelet without anything that made the California Omelet appealing, and was told after I asked they didn't have what it needed.Probably should have been told that beforehand.Food was still good, but lacking definitely.

What's going on big guy? Did you see Ponderosa retired and you're feeling a little jealous? Wanting to move to Florida and stick your giant feet in the sand and spend your golden years as a beach bum? On second thought maybe you've got the right idea. Now I'm starting to get a little jealous of Ponderosa... Anyway, if you aren't trying to transition into the twilight you need to get that food quality up. You've still got the atmosphere and service, but the food is dollar tree clearance shelf level.

Waitress were running all over the place, but did good keeping up. I believe there was only two of them on the floor. They were seating people, orders and cashiering.Left her a good tip, she was working her butt off.Salad bar needed some attention. Soup wasn't hot and was very thick.Bavarian Pretzel with cheese was alright, probably wouldn't order again. Big Boy was still good.
