Went in there last night to grab a bag of chips and some Orgel, cost me $7.02 and when I got home the lady didn't even put the Orgel in my bag. Called them today and was told to call back after 2:00, so I just went back into the store and they said they had to review the camera, so I left my name and number for them to call me and just as I expected they didn't call. So I ended up paying $7.02 for a bag of generic chips. So if I don't get a call tomorrow they will never get a penny from me again. This is just bad business and theft from the employees.

Things are getting back to normal more stock back on the shelves. So I'm hoping this is a good sign that Covid is slowing down.But visit your local Family Dollar to pick up those things you need.Just don't ask the store manager to help you. She don't even help cashier wait on customers when there's a line she'll sit at the computer or on her phone, possibility you'll find her outside smoking a cigarette.

Pretty dirty looking AND feeling store.. Managed pretty poorly, too, apparently. Once waited for a clerk to get done smoking a cigarette with a line of 6+ people before I could leave... AND I only went because I was in a hurry. Today I bought 3 12Packs of Cola because they had 'buy 3 for $11!' Stickers ALL over the snack isle... and when I went up to pay for them, the clerk tells me "oh those should have been taken down a long time ago." This has happened 3 separate times now and I've only been living in the area for 2 months... if it was ANY other store, they would've honored THEIR mistake. Worst part about it, the manager was sitting right behind him and turned around when she heard, yet didn't say a word, not even "sorry".

Honestly I think it needs to do a better job at making sure people don't tamper with the products. A long time ago I went to buy some Vaseline and earphones and when I opened the Vaseline after coming home I found that someone put their finger in it(or at least I hope it was their finger) really gross

This is a very poor store that takes advantage of the poor. The workers are rude and no help at all. It's dirty and poorly stocked and the employees act like you are bothering them if you want help locating an item. Then they have no idea where it is or even if they have it. I only gave this one star because you have to give it something.

This store has gotten so nasty. Its extremely dirty, shelves are empty or have packaging from stolen items everywhere you look. Ive never seen it look so bad and it's only getting worse. This place needs a complete overhaul

Stores a little outdated but still a nice place you have to watch the signs in there sometimes they forget to pull them on their sales or for example today the Pepsi vendor posted signs it was not supposed to be there

My dad goes in there and his wallet makes the alarm go off as soon as he walks in so when he walks out it goes off. So they decided to ban him. We are talking with our lawyer about this. They embarrassed him in front of everyone. Harassed him every time he went in there.
