The cashier was rude, she never smiled or asked how we was today or if found everything okay or found all we needed. She needs to be more friendlier. I spend a lot of money in this place this time of year especially because of baseball season. There is no sense of being rude. We was in there between 5:30-6:00 p.m. on 4-7-2024

Love this place! I was looking for a special rifle and found one online at the Dunham's Maysville KY location, I call and spoke to a very helpful salesperson (Brandon) that checked stock for me. After work, I hopped in the car and drove 70+ miles to Maysville Ky. Luckly Barandon was still working, this guy was so helpful and super knowledgeable about the firearms. Then he got me hooked on a different rifle, so I bought them both! The service was well worth the 70+ mile drive. Thank you, Brandon, for taking your time and showing me the best options!

Football cleats were priced right and great quality. While I was in the store for twenty minutes on a Wednesday, not one employee greeted me, nor asked if I needed assistance. When I checked out, the young man helping me failed to look at me or say one word, except the total. No hello, no thank you...customer service has dropped to scary levels here.

AMAZING place for literally anyone!!!! I've been going to this place for YEARS. Literally the best sales and best prices on just about anything!!! I bought the zebco big cat to go fishing in the licking river, along with new 20lb test line that did great! The staff is always super friendly too!!!!!

The cashier couldn't figure out how to ring up the one item I had, it took entirely too long. And why do these stores want your number, zip code, etc? Just ring the item, let me pay and go.

When parts don't work or break they will not give you your money back, only a gift card so they keep their money in the store. Stores should stand behind their products and give you a refund of what you paid so you can replace the item. Never buy anything from this place again.

It was excellent I mainly went in to look at some of the Firearms they had and they were fully stocked only out of like two or three but they was on for sale for less than 200 the lowest I seen was 165 of course the highest I've seen was up to a thousand plus but overall so I guess spot to go look at if you are stopping for firearms

Great prices and a wide selection of everything sports related. Sometimes it takes effort to find associates willing to help with big items. But overall a wonderful shopping experience.

The store has a great variety of sports equipment. Golf to hunting they have it. Being a hockey fan in Kentucky, it is hard to find any types of hockey equipment but oddly enough they had some which was awesome. They even had skates and roller blades. Around here that is something you have to turn to Amazon or eBay to get. Their pricing isn't sky high either which is great too.

Tried to return an unopened air pump i purchsed 2 weeks ago. Discovered the one i had so new not needed. Could not find my receipt. I was told no absolutely no returns without receipt. Never will be a problem again because i will no longer do any business with Dunhams under any circumstances

Place has a lot of merchandise. I'm glad it's in Maysville. Sports equipment isn't cheap anywhere. There prices are equivocal. Yeah, bathrooms are nasty, so I go before I get there. Shoe selection is limited. We had plenty of employees ask if we needed help.

This is not a store I willingly frequent. I go only when my boyfriend goes. My issue is that this store claims to have the lowest prices.... Gauranteed! However, the bullets I but are cheaper at Wal-Mart, yes the exact same brand, box, caliber, and amount. And usually it's quite a few bucks too. I'm sorry, but the prices all around are just too expensive at this store. I'll stick with Wal-Mart and Rural King.

Worst place I have been to. Charge my card and told me it was turned down! Showed them my bank report and they said it was turned down. $100. Charge with $2000 dollars in the bank

Go into the store to look around but everytime I go to check out the little girls working are always rude. They act like they don’t want to check me out. But yet I’m always spending 100 or more. Always rude!
