My wife and I went in for the first time to get ice cream and a coffee. I love supporting family owned businesses, but this was a highly disappointing experience.There were three teenagers working while my wife and I were the only customers…while watching one of the teenage boys smoking in the kitchen, YES SMOKING IN THE KITCHEN, he then brought out one ice cream, then 5 minutes later he brought the other, and it took 15 minutes for a single black coffee which they forgot due to the 3 talking and smoking.One order was wrong, but we just dealt with it because the 3 working had an attitude that it was bothersome to even be there. They just talked and smoked and don’t seem to care sadly…and as we left the one guy lit another cigarette, again in the kitchen…that’s so beyond disgusting and baffling to me…

We were visiting from out of town and absolutely loved Cafe Cream. We had smoothies both days we were in town. Their sandwich wraps were excellent! They were so fresh. And ice cream was awesome. We even got to meet their mascot doggy, Bruce. Wish we had a place like this in Northern Kentucky. The employees were also nice and fast and efficient with our food.

Worst experience I've ever had in a drive-through. Maybe the service where I'm from is just grade a, but I swear down here is not worth a dime. Sat at the speaker for 10 mins. No one took my order. Pulled to the window and the little girl who came to the window could have cared less when I told her about the speaker. This is twice now I've had to deal with the same rude little girl. I only came here because my favorite place in town was closed for the weekend. I will not be back.

My Family loves this place. It saddens me to say that Sunday when we walked in right at opening time the place was filthy from the day before. I would expect it to be fresh and clean this was not the case.The door was unlocked before they open but we decided to just stay outside until they turned on the lights and let us in.The poor girl behind the counter was the only one there she looked flustered and probably sad she walked into a mess from the day before.Hopefully when they close for the winter the place will get a good cleaning.

[Updated review stars to account for reply from owner indicating new staffer's first day - I've been there myself and get it.]While the ice cream was good, the service was unbelievably poor. Perhaps half the tables were full inside and most people were waiting significant lengths of time, despite there being 6 staffers in the back. I personally waited 25 minutes for three scoops of ice cream, and several times folks who came after me received their scoops and left. When it came it was in cups instead of cones as I had ordered. I would not recommend coming here if you have anywhere to be within 2 hours. One girl complained while I was waiting that she'd been waiting an hour for a salad - and the guy working the counter said he didn't know what happened.

Great place to be able to enjoy vary flavours and styles of ice cream and cone. Especially enjoyed the options for shade/sun in the seating area and the chance to play cornhole.Sure this will be a pit stop for years to come when heading to/fro Cincinnati

Nice stop for kids or adults. Lots of options for treats and they even had some non-dairy options. They also have some food but we stopped for coffee and ice cream!

I have been here twice before and it was great but it was a different outcome this time. I ordered a waffle bowl with two scoops and hot fudge with chocolate chips and they put it in a waffle cone instead and said that they were out of waffle bowls. They put the cone in a tiny cup and said that was the biggest cup they had. We also ordered a butterscotch milkshake with extra butterscotch and it was butter pecan ice cream instead.

Been coming to this Cafe since it first opened. They have came a long way but one thing that remains is the variety great tasting ice cream. The menu on food has changed a bit like the ice cream but they will take any type of ice cream and turn it into a milkshake which I thought was just awesome oh, you even get a special straw. 😀 they have a high turnover rate with employees due to contributing two high school students in search of employment that need flexible schedules. I definitely recommend this business to anyone with an appetite for great ice cream, food and frappes not to mention friendly staff which gives service with a smile. Thank you to everyone on the team.

In my opinion, this is the best place to eat and get your sweet fix in Maysville! Don’t miss your chance if driving through. The inside is so cute and great for pictures! You can tell the owner definitely worked hard on trying to create a positive, welcoming atmosphere! The smoothies are to die for and don’t even get me started on their seasonal specials 🤤🤤😍

My favorite place to stop at when I'm driving through! The staff is always so friendly and quick so I can always rely on getting in and out when I'm in a rush. The chicken salad sandwich has always been my favorite but with the colder weather the potato soup has been a great pick :) even better was I recently saw they added an espresso machine so I can get my latte fix as well! Overall, highly recommend. You can tell it's an experienced family run business with their top priority being customer care. Plus, who wouldn't want to support local businesses

Awesome lunch place. The wraps are great and the potato soup was good too. Nicely decorated inside, friendly staff and the ice cream was excellent. I got the banana cream pie ice cream- ahhhmazing. And great portion sizes for everything. Great value, great food, great service- you can't go wrong.

2 years ago, this place was awesome! With great staff, fast and friendly, and really great customer service.Now, staff has changed, and with a bunch of "younger" workers, service is slow (what took five minutes for a chicken quesadilla, now takes 20? And no offering sour cream and salsa), and not as friendly.And freezer burnt icecream at this last visit.

Watching the teens play baggo on the porch was entertaining af. I got a banana milkshake, super yummy, and tried a sample of the play-doh ice cream. A great local place that makes even tourists like us feel at home.

This place was awesome ridiculously huge increase cones for dirt cheap. We spent an evening at Washington Park with the kids and got the whole family an ice cream and us 2 banana splits for under $20. Will stop by everyone we're out that way. Keep up the good work guys.

I have been there before, love it! But this year I am quite upset with the one scoop ice cream in a waffle cone, you could barely see the ice cream this has happened twice. Wasn't like that at all last year.

They have been so good with my dietary needs. I have celiac and they are knowledgeable and safe with cross contamination. They stayed open for me so I could get something to eat since I had so far to go. I will definitely be eating here whenever I am in Maysville! Good food and great ice cream!!!
