This Bob Evans is ON TOP OF IT! Most of these places are typical casual dining places, but this one is somehow BETTER! Our meals were fresh and hot, the facility was clean, even the restrooms were spotless! There was plenty of parking, and the parking lot was well lit. Handicap parking, restrooms, and seating are available. Hostess and weight staff were very nice and we didn't have to wait for anything throughout our entire meal!

I went there the other night and trusting their food without inspecting it close enough. I kinda overlooked my home fries being a little more than well done. Towards the end of the mesl as I was talking to my wife, I looked down and noticed mold on my toast. As I went to pay I took my toast up to show them. One of the workers tried telling me they add flour too their bread. First off if that was the case, I believe the flour would have browned some from the toaster and second it wouldn't smell like mold. It's safe to say that I plan to never return. My daughter informed me that she knew a few girls who worked there previously and said they had mold in their kitchen in the food preparation area as well.

The food was sitting there way before the time it said on the website, (which was 30 mins from when I ordered). I showed up 10 mins early food was there. I had a coffee which should had been too hot to drink at this point. I was able to drink it instantly. Which is a bad sign to me. That’s fine maybe it’s okay. I take it home grab food out and start to eat. My potatoes were cold and undercooked. My breakfast gravy was cold. My scrambled eggs were cold. It just was a big let down. Hope you do better dining in then take out.

We had a horrible experience last night. Went out for Birthday supper and it was awful! Food came out cold and hard from setting and the help was awful. Never again! Used to love it here but things are different!

There was a very bad odor when we went in and the restaurant had a dingy and unclean appearance. My coffee and hash browns were cold. The French Toast was good. My friend ordered Gravy and Biscuits, with a side order of bacon. I've never seen gravy that color, very dark brown, almost congealed. The Biscuits were tough, as was the bacon. The manager apparently sent our waitress to Walmart for something after she delivered our food. I had to ask for a coffee refill since no one offered it. And I only got 1 refill. She did offer extra napkins when she returned, but never asked how good the food was. The meals were over priced for what we got too. I doubt we will go back.

With only 9 cars in the parking lot I should have known better but gave them a shot anyway. Got inside and seated fairly quick waited ten minutes for someone to take our drink order at that time we gave our food order waited another half hour got nothing and left. Very disappointed. From now on I will dine elsewhere

The burger I got was okay. I didn’t get one of my items in the order and the food was very bland. Maybe other items are better but this specific order was very mediocre. The Fries were old and I got loaded fries with barely any thing on them. A pinch of cheese and some bacon. I was very excited about it when looking at the menu but very dissatisfied when I got the actual food. Will try again in hopes it gets better.

BELIEVE IN THE BOB! lol :)Please understand the bad reviews have been taken seriously and there’s been a huge turn around at this restaurant. I was greeted properly, sat down and had coffee at my table almost instantly.There was only one waitress working while I was there. She did an amazing job. Kept herself level headed, and kept everyone’s order accurate. The food was good. It was a real nice experience to sit down with my son and share my pancakes.The eggs were cooked perfectly for my liking.All the small things that make going out for breakfast, was really well taken care of.The restaurant was clean. Staff was friendly. Give this place a chance. Because even under pressure I still had amazing service and great food.

Usually good food, but the last experience has us waiting 15 minutes after we were done eating on a to go order that I placed long before we were done. The manager said they only had 1 cook, yet he was standing around talking to servers.

Bob Evans isn't what it used to be. Menu is limited, food quality is very hit and miss. My last visit I was presented with hashbrowns like charcoal. Since I ordered a breakfast bowl, they were buried under the rest of the items. When I politely reported this to our server, instead of remaking the dish, I was presented with a new plate of almost sarcastically undercooked hashbrowns, and left to pick the black ones out my food. No, it wasn't busy, but our server (who replaced a very nice person who went on break) huffed and puffed and acted like she was single-handedly running the whole restaurant and I was ruining her day. In the end, I had to order something extra to eat, as the not cheap breakfast bowl was much less food than the menu depicted. There are much better restaurants to have breakfast.

We went in and ordered food. My younger sister ordered a steak. After taking our orders they then disappeared to the back and came back about 10 minutes later to tell my sister that there were no steaks available. She then ordered chicken. Everybody else's food was then served while mine took almost another 20 minutes. Everyone else had their food done before I even received it. Additionally, it was very difficult getting things like refills and such. I really like Bob Evans, but they are making it very difficult for me to want to go out of my way to eat there.They must get better at their service and food quality.
