Order $30 worth of food, not only did we have to wait 20 something minutes ( because they was cooking the mozzarella sticks) but we get home to cold old fries, the mozzarella sticks was definitely not cooked! The meat on our sandwich was cold, the lady that was taking our order was extremely rude! Never ever will I go back to this place!

I haven't actually been inside Arby's for yrs. I use the mobile app and pick-up in the drive thru. Fast, easy, no hassle. *If you plan on eating immediately be sure to ask for napkins-they never add. The condiments I would specifically ask for also, they are hit and miss. Sometimes there, sometimes not.Parking: The parking lot is pretty big, Never seen it full.Wheelchair accessibility: I'm pretty sure there is a wheelchair sidewalk access.

We placed an online order. The lady at the counter was very sweet. The older lady with very short hair came around the corner being very rude and rolled her eyes. When I asked about my order that did not concern her and we already had things handled. I am very polite to fast food workers because I work in the food industry myself. It’s sad to see people treat customers with little respect especially when being very nice. I hope she has a better day. Or finds a job not dealing with people.

What can you really say about an Arby's, that people don't already know? I know this one is always very clean, the employees are always extremely friendly and helpful. The food here is always, always excellent and I love the variety of new options that are typically available. This is one of my top three favorite places to go near me. Will be dining there soon! Excellent!

Arby's getting to be my second go to place. They have an excellent selection of variety items. It's not just roast beef anymore. They have market fresh sandwiches, chicken, fish and salads. I love their gyros. Make sure you get it traditional with the gyro sauce.

Sadly I was at work so I didn't take a photo but I got the beef brisket sandwich. It was so messy. The dressing way everywhere on the buns, in the box. They put too much dressing. It was just a big mess. I got a coke and it didn't taste like it, it had too much carbonation and not enough syrup. I'm assuming they like doing that to make drinks last longer but it just makes me not want to even go there. It was nasty.

Went inside so they'd understand how I wanted my RB sandwich. Sliced extra thin/shredded. Cashier told them just that, but when I got back to Motel, it was sliced regular, which is too thick for me. Totally wasted my money, and didn't get dinner.

Food was preeeetty disappointing to be honest. I've never had 2 sandwiches from Arby's that were both cold and sitting longer than a few minutes until this particular store.Giving 4 stars because I feel like in these times, EVERYone deserves the benefit of the doubt.

I went to Arby's and gave my order.Then my husband told her what he wanted .The man In The kitchen was yelling loudly about my order .will to say the lessed my husband was out ragged. The way he was going on about the order was out of control. All the lady's told him . To shout up Brain.He just keep running his mouth and told us if we didn't like it we could go alse were.This was in Maysville Arby's. I really love eating thier but we will never go back to a place where they treat customers like that ! My husband wanted him to come out in the parking lot .Really disappointing when you can't go out to eat with worker's acting like that .The biggest thing was the manager was wating on us .

Worst Arby's I have ever been to. Went through the drive-thru and while looking at the menu to make a choice, I felt rushed by the lady taking my order. She was very rude. Then after waiting 10 minutes on our food, it was served to us cold. Which has never happened at any Arby's location before. I'm not sure if they are shorthanded or just having a bad day, but I will not be going to this location ever again.
