2 large, hairy dogs were bathed, and deshedded. They both smell great and their nails are short and smooth.Neither dog showed any kind of anxiety when I picked them up. We try to get them bathed there every 2 months.

Stop by with no appointment with my three dogs had their nails trimmed and picked up an ear flush thought they're a little expensive but the treatment was great

I really enjoy being able to bring my dogs in here. My kids love visiting the precious cats over there for adoption. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The prices are a little steep. I got a couple things from here and then went to tractor supply for the rest because the prices were lower.

Took my dogs here for the first time and Lindsay took such good care of them. My dogs are service dogs and they seemed very happy with her. Love the price for full service wash and tidy up. Will only go to her for now on. Everyone in the store is very kind.

I usually take my dogs for regular baths and to be groomed. But this week when we arrived, the person who was supposed to give them baths wasn't even on the schedule and they were to busy to take care of BeBe and Bella. I'm very disappointed with them.

We wanted to hold a bearded dragon to see if we wanted to buy it. We wanted to be sure it wouldn't mind us handling it. I asked if the had live food for my current dragon, all she said is she's out of crickets. So I asked if they had worms. She really made me feel like I was an inconvenience. She was just plain rude. I really felt like she just didn't want to wait on me. So I left the store so she wouldn't have to. It's doubtful I'll ever be back.

Brooke was amazing with my fur baby, Summer. She took care of her and understood Summer is 14 yrs old and not a pup. I also could tell a difference in Summer afterwards, she wasn't as anxious and aggravated like she sometimes gets after going to a busy, overcrowded groomers. Petsense was not and Summer was better for it. Thanks Brooke.

I appreciated the help I got from who I assume is the manager today. She helped me find Tikicat cat food. She listened to what I had to say. She was very personable. The other person who was working there, should possibly do some work once in awhile. She was not friendly And basically ignored me the whole time. She was a younger black girl and all she did was stand there and watch the other woman work and complain about how she didn't want to be at work.

The people that work at the store are very kind but the groomer keeps canceling last minute.The first time, they didn't even call to let me know and the store was closed. I sat outside the store for 30 minutes thinking they would show up for the appointment before finally going home.They rescheduled me weeks out and then the groomer called an hour before the appointment and canceled. She rescheduled me for today and then called in and said she wasn't coming after my appointment time had started and I was already there waiting on her.

Always friendly and knowledgable staff. The know you and your pets by name kind of place. The environment is great for our huskies, my huskie just a made a new friend at the store in mayfield, and because of the relaxed environment we actually talked for awhile. After our 5 dollar self-bath appointment. That's my favorite part able to use their station and equipment. Just clean up after your self. Very pleasant experience every time we make a trip!!

Extremely rude, obnoxious, and loud older woman. My daughter got screamed at for requesting help with large bag as she was in early active labor. She stopped going to this store until tonight when she needed wet dog food to mix with dry... the older woman preceded to berate her and another customer about only approaching cash register when old woman gave them permission. She screamed and ranted at them like they were stupid. They were standing over 6 feet away from old woman as well as each other. That was the last straw. Neither us nor any pet owners we know will frequent this location again.
