Very helpful and pleasant people the store is clean they had the parts I needed even though the big store down the street from them didn't have. The prices were great for what I needed I will be back for some other things I saw then wanted.

Good place to find replacement parts for dated fixes in older homes. But don't be looking for assistance, because you wouldn't find anyone.

I appreciate the variety and prices but feel like I am walking the gauntlet when I check out. The high school cashiers are not warm, offer no greeting, have zero eye contact, and hand me a receipt without a "Thank You" or "Have a good day." Maybe I am not family or something, but for all the good qualities that this store has, this apathy leaves me cold. I avoid going in there as a result.

Very little selection. The cashier was not friendly, huffing during our checkout and more worried about what I am guessing was her phone under the counter. I'll definitely be taking mu business to Lowes.

I think it was one of the coolest complete hardware stores I've been to across many states. I got that ladder $100 off. $99 total I really needed it. The lash straps are greatly priced. They also sell firearms incredible. I would recommend to anyone.

Due to a strategic mistake, I'm a plumber for a huge 100+ year old house this week; and it's multiple frozen pipes. After one trip to Lowes, I switched to true value. Because the price difference is negligible, everyone on the floor is knowledgeable, and is willing to help their customers work around shortages and weirdness.I can't ask for more than that.

Went to get keys made. Great service and very fast. When I got home 2 of the keys didn't work so was able to go back and they recut me both keys no problem. Wish I remember the guys name who helped would give him shout out....Tynes I believe was last name...anyway very helpful and fast

Tried to get key made. The cashier at front counter said she would get me some help twice. Nobody ever came. Didn’t appear to be busy. I am unable to stand for long periods but stood for about 15 minutes waiting. Nobody else even acknowledged me. Cashier didn’t say word as I walked out of store. I’ll shop elsewhere.

Needed a part for our well, had no idea where the parts needed to fix it were. One of the workers, who was a little bit older, asked us what we needed help with. We showed him the picture of the part, and without hesitation he showed us exactly where the part was. We were in and out of there in a matter of minutes. Also the staff is very friendly as well!

Pretty bad when the customers are more friendly and helpful than the staff, definitely not the Youngbloods True value I remember, even watched 1 employee, hands in his pockets, ditch down an aisle to avoid me

The employees were very nice, however the store looked as if it was going out of business! There were empty aisles and no sense of organization. Not an enjoyable shopping experience!
