Bought 8 pieces of chicken ..their was several nice pieces in case. When we got home three were thrown in trash.others were size of baby chicken . This two times in a roll that lady in deli give us bad pieces. Pitiful since we shop here for all or groceries. Sorry will be returning to Walmart

Absolutely love the deli here. Weather it's a sweet tooth I'm trying to get a fix for or a plate lunch. I know this is my best option for the value and it's always good eating. Their fried chicken is one of my favorites!

If you haven't tried one of their already roasted Boston Butts then you are totally missing out. While you're at it try their catfish too. Food Giant also has a much better selection of groceries than Walmart every day.

I absolutely love Food Giant!!! It is the perfect place to fill up that freezer. The people in the meat department are so helpful. Every week, they have a sale on something that you need. I buy a lot because I can't find it at that price anywhere else!!!The deli and Hot Food Bar is the best!!! Again, the prices beat that other place every day!!! find things that I can't find anywhere else, such as freezer paper!!!I'm happy to shop there!!

Love coming into the store and seeing everything pretty stocked. My only complaint is that darnell the older guy that works there is not very pleasant towards me or my fiance. He is rude. They also don't know how to sell gift cards so I was unable to purchase one. Please train your employees a bit better.

Love shopping at this place. It is usually well stocked and always friendly staff. They have different things than the other stores and it always reminds me of grocery shopping when I was a child with my mom.

Things can be more expensive here if you don't shop what's on sale. Buy come in get the sale items and it's a good value against any other supermarket. The deli manager is not the best job with standards and customer service is rude and makes faces when people are not pleased, so I avoid the deli at all costs.

Great little home town grocery. They have a superb meat department and fresh produce. They will bag your groceries and truly have hometown pride. I greatly prefer shopping here over the big box stores. I do wish they had a little more variety.

They always have what you're looking for or something so close it doesn't matter(unlike walmart) the prices are a little higher but even when they are "busy" its never s long wait in line, and if you need help getting stuff to your car they have staff to help you...... Unlike walmart

Prices are a bit higher than ruler foods, but for a quick grocery trip this place is great. They have some of the best fried chicken, and I love that they have a pick 5 deal on some meats. The bakery is also pretty great, although the prices are sometimes higher than at other stores.

Love the hometown grocery store vibe. The people that work there are very nice and will bag your groceries and take them to your car. The deli has the best fried chicken around! These checkouts are quick and easy as the staff are always willing to open up more registers if they get busy. Bonus: They double coupons up to 50 cents just ask.

I really like shopping at Food Giant in Reidland. They always have great weekly specials and coupons in their ad. The store still has the feel of a neighborhood grocery that I like. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful. Best meat in town too.

This store used to have really good fried chicken. It is still better than Mayfield's other chicken choice, KFC, but that's not saying much. Seems to be old and dried out no matter what time of day you go. The mashed potatoes are terrible. Mashed potatoes out of a box are way better than what they offer and once again that isn't saying much. The staff is nice and they will help you to your car if needed. As far as fresh fruit goes Save-A-Lot has the best in Mayfield. You have to go to Off-the-Hoof if you want meat or chicken to cook yourself at home.

Prices are a little high, but the employees are wonderful, an the manager is non judgemental on people, I have 2 family members who work there and they love it
