The Dollar General on 45 at the bypass has to be the absolute WORST ran store I've ever been in. 9/10 it's self check. Numerous times ive seen customers leave full buggies and walk out do to lack of help. They close early frequently as well. We ran in to grab a few things we went to self check out like we always do(bc if you want in and out that's what you have to do) while in the store, there was a lady shopping looking for assistance. She had been basically around the store and found no one. Stood beside us and kind of hollered "hello" not in a rude or hateful manor and got nothing. She walked away and you here people in the office plain as day. Its not unusal for someone up there (employee wise) to have their kids there running wild. I kid you not they were stocking one evening with a toddler in a buggy throwing a fit. Absolutely rude like it's beneath them or a burden on them to be asked for help or to be bothered to actually do their jobs. I can't count the number of times they are so out of uniform as in basketball shorts and a cut off tshirt(male employee) or ripped up Holy jeans and t-shirt(females) Absolutely no one ever has on a name tag to indicate they're an employee.

Worst dollar general ive been to. Everyone is so rude except for like 2 people who helped me alot one time. I only go there for convenience and i hate every second of it

Checkout staff never at get registers and they don't even know how to make change from a $100. Worst dollar store I've ever been to.

Male staff person was rude, made me get down on my knees to get merchandise I needed because he wouldn't pull product to front of shelf I had asked about and then didn't bag my 4 boxes of moth balls l purchased. My husband went in and the same clerk treated him the same way. This clerk does NOT need to be in customer service .

The store has recently been remodeled and it is very neat and clean. The aisles are wide and there is a very nice spell to the store. The personnel were kind and helpful.

The cashier was Hot! The air conditioning wasn't helping her at all! Two days before Christmas it was and I thought that would be funny.

The last time I was here, I think the AC must have been out? I got a quick snack and the donuts seemed mushy wet from the humidity? The check out staff was slow.

After the improvement done here, I will continue to now shop at this one. I stopped coming here before due to the messes it had it was neglected. Great job on getting this one back to being nice again.

Well organized most of the time, friendly staff but it usually gets backed up due to there only being 1 cashier.

98% of the time they have what I'm looking for.As for staff, some workers leave a lot to be desired.Manager is awesome.
