Me an my husband got accused of stealing when we never did they fail to show us a video or serve us a paper saying we're banned but the manager wants to run her mouth an say we can't use self check out or anything so at this point we r getting harassed an im tired of it, if u say u got all this proof then show it other wise leave us alone we still come in an shop an we never leave not paying we spend alot of money up there actually but now that this is going on we probably will not be back im so tired of it bc now everyone looks at us like a their when we haven't done nothing wrong so Lisa u will have papers filed against u im done

This store had everything I needed. I was in line quick. Unfortunately, the credit card machine was not working properly or something was not going right. The staff member did not seem to know how to help. So I left without a purchase. She just moved on to the next customer. I did feel embarrassed and unimportant. This is unusual for this to happen I typically have great experiences at this store. They are always stocked and have great product choices. Hopefully the machine worked for others or it was fixed. I ended up going a few miles away to another Dollar General and was satisfied. Sometimes things just happen!

Staff is friendly and helpful but this particular store tends to run out of basics very quickly and doesn't get new stock for over a week or two

They have great service people to help you when looking for anything or when you are checking out. The selection is great an I never knew that Dollar general sells puma they have such cute clothes and the prices are very reasonable. I love everything about Dollar general. I recommend this store to everyone for a quick one stop shop!!! They also have mobile coupons!! Check it out. Very helpful!!

Went there yesterday (8-16-19). The cashier was rude and inhospitable only nodding when I asked her where an item was. She was argumentative over nothing. I just ended up leaving without the items I had intended on purchasing.There's plenty of places who appreciate a person's business and with the management that is concerned enough to correct negative behavior like this. I don't plan on going back to this Dollar general at 1515 west Broadway.

Was in this store on the Monday, May 10th. The older lady at register was extremely rude to the person in front of me in line. She continued to be rude with me. Accused me of hurting her arm while I was taking my 1 bag off the spinner. Never touched the woman. My friend was next in line behind me and she started fussing at her while ringing up her purchases telling her she hated coupon shoppers(my friend had 1 digital coupon) and she wished we would never come back in that store again. Totally not cool! Everyone has a bad day but this lady was trying to pick a fight/argument with each customer as she checked them out

Only reason they didnt get 5 stars is bcuz the staff is overworked. Every time im ready to check out i have to "find" a checker. They have them stocking shelves btween checkouts. Hire seperate checkers and stockers like all other stores do!

The store usually has everything in the ads. They online coupons are easy to use. There is only one clerk that isn't nice.

Just another day at the Dough Stow...lol My wife got tongue tied, and said she was at the Stow... Dough Stow okay prices okay stuff... Nothing special, but these days it's the local catch all for basic needs...

Manager that was there tonight was horrible, rude and very insensitive. She was rude to my wife and kid. Wouldn't give us the info for district manager or corporate.

Its never crowded. U can go in, get what u need & get out without standing in a line, plus the prices are low.
