Traveling through from southern Illinois back to Nashville. I have no idea where I even am right now because I took the scenic route to avoid the interstate. I wanted to sit down for a minute and have a meal break. Super friendly staff brought my food to the table. I got the chicken strip basket and the chicken was perfect and gravy amazing! Bathrooms were clean and dining room spotless. So happy to stop here for a quick break. Wherever I am. 😉

Breakfast is nice. Needs improvement with night shift. Payed 14 bucks for 2 chocolate mint shakes and a brownie ala mode, all of which lacked either flavoring, or just a baby portion of ice cream. To say underwhelmed is an understatement.

For $40 I expect more from DQ .not the same place I gave 4stars to not even two years ago ...just figured ID do a follow up I went through the drive-thru and ordered a peanut buster parfait with no nuts I come to the window I got a peanut buster parfait with nuts I pull forward they make me another one guess what it's a peanut buster parfait with nuts again these young teenagers running the window are incompetent I don't know if they're not listening or just not trained well but something needs to change

Chicken strips and gravy will always be my fav!!! The blizzards are awesome!! We always come here in the summer for ice cream they have the best out of all the fast food places around here.Parking: It's fineKid-friendliness: Kid friendly place as long as there is an adult supervising the children working behind the counter!!!! We usually just eat outside. I hate to think what they're hands have been all over and most likely not washed... the sink was skipped over for the cell phone.Wheelchair accessibility: You can get around pretty good!!

Their Blizzards are great; however their food, prices of their food & their service is not much to be desired. The total is always more than it should be (even with coupons) & when questioned..they don’t know why..or even act like they care. I don’t mind teenagers working..but I don’t think there is any adult supervision. It’s very frustrating especially when you are on your 30 minute lunch break & don’t have time to go anywhere else. Plus recently they haven’t had any large cups..but will charge for a large & give you a medium drink. When dining in..the drink machine is right up front & interferes with counter customers waiting for their food.

The people are for the most part good and try their best, but some of them you can tell here working there. It needs a remodel or a really good cleaning and some new equipment. The Coke machine is constantly out of calibration as the drinks taste odd. As for the food it tastes very cheap which it is. I only eat here when I am not given a choice.

Out of towner coming through to get a bite to eat and use the restroom. Restrooms were CLOSED due to water shortage. Went up to the counter to order food, and there were 2 workers standing there. A teenage boy and girl talking with one another and the boy was on his phone texting. We stood there for a good minute without them acknowledging us. We walked out and went to McDonald's down the road where the restroom was open and the workers were actually working.

Constantly wrong, orders are constantly sloppy. Sweet tea is watered down and disgusting, the soft drinks have no quality. There is zero order here. seems this restaurant has none in charge to make necessary changes. Anymore I would rather drive an hour to eat at a dairy Queen than in here. Gave it multiple shots and wasted money once more, same old issues, no change. It seem like there is not a strong leadership here.

We just left there. Daughter got 2 orders of pretzel sticks with no salt on them. We ordered lemonade and when we got to the window they ran out. Not bad for nearly 8 dollars. Today was sad over there.

This place needs to upgrade their employees for sure. Havw complained multiple times about the amount of butter on the toast and still it comes drowning in it. It is disgusting. Called and spoke with the "manager" who stated she would speak with the cook. But yet we try again and still the same outcome. About to just give up and never come back.

The only good fast food in Marion. The chicken strip baskets, burgers, and blizzard are the best choices. If you looking for something simple, quick, and tasty then this is your place. All the workers are extremely friendly and helpful.

me , my girlfriend and 3 yr old visited your restaurant today 10-6-18 about 5:30pm. I was very disappointed in how dirty the floors were. also I believe you should have an adult there to supervise the teenage girls working. one girl was sitting n booth with a young man all over him while 2 other flirting across counter with another young man. trash cans filled to top with trash outside. needless to say I won't be going back anytime soon.

Tried DQ as I got coupons. Really enjoy their food, although without coupons most likely won't spend the money. Buger and fries are almost eight dollars!
