Pharmacy did not even mention that they were unable to fill a heart medication. They filled what they had and sent me on my way. When got home medications checked most important one not there plavix. My spouse had a STEMI with stents 2 days prior.tjis could have resulted in blockage of stent or death. The least they could have done was mention they were out of this medicine. Not acceptable.
