Cute little general store that sits out back behind the "backwoods" of Mammoth Cave. They had everything that we were looking for and then some. Campsite supplies, camper supplies, grocery foods, games, and more. Prices listed are cash price. There is a surcharge for paying with credit. Nice to know there are still places where cash is still king. Friendly people.

Loved the friendliness that we experienced! We asked about the Ferry and they went beyond expected to give us information, looked up a number we could call and gave us a brochure with information on the ferry. Definitely will be stopping here again. Oh and the food was filling and delicious

Salings Grocery & Bait is not only convenient, it's a must stop in place if ever your around Nolin Lake Dam. Most definitely would recommend any of the food they have to offer. My personal favorite is the pizza, it beats any other that I've had. Dont forget your bait, tackle, gas, sunscreen, etc. The list is a mile long of the items they carry. Dont just drive by it, I recommend stopping in.

Nice little country store. They have all you need to enjoy your time at Nolin Lake. Best sandwiches anywhere. I was just down there 3-15-22 and they didn't make me wear a mask. Even if they would of I would of worn it. People complaining about it, are just childish. Go to Brownsville or Litchfield then.

Owners call the law on hikers wasting valuable tax payers money/resources on top of officers time. Property lines are incorrect accord to geological survey map via corp engineers. You don't own bismal rock! I wouldn't give these people a dime.

Refused two different ways to pay for my food. Complained about not covering my face. But covering it with a mesh hat is okay. How does that make sense? Used to be a great place. Has went downhill with staff and employees attitudes here in the past couple years.

Absolutely terrible experience! I would never support this company, and I’m a local business owner just a few miles away. If you walk in the door without a mask they’ll yell at you and tell you to go outside until they bring you a mask, literally made a scene in front of 8 people. I put the mask on and got a $.49 water, the lady that yelled ended up checking me out and said, “just the water and the mask?” I said, “so you make me where the mask to come in and then make me buy it? Y’all must make a fortune.” I never wanted the mask for my protection, apparently they wanted the mask for their protection so they should’ve paid for it. Most of there customers are SIDE BY SIDE riders & BOATERS, DO NOT SUPPORT! Go to Forks Gas station 7 miles up the road or back towards Leitchfield!!!!

My friends and I were on a spare tire looking for an auto shop, and our spare was running low on air. We happened to spot this place and pulled up. They were very kind and let us use their air pump to fill our tire free of charge. We're very appreciative of their friendliness.

I miss Sailings they have the best variety of bait and tackle and right by the best fishing hole on Nolan Lake. So if fishing the hwy 728 go up the big hill and pay sailings a visit they have everything YOULL ever need

They have a deli and make sandwiches like you want and they are so good and they also have bait and everything is reasonable!! Will definitely start going there when we go fishing up at Nolin.
