As a former employee, the only reason they have the decent rating they do is due to the manager making fake accounts and giving 5 stars.Do not work here - there is no training , there is no guidance , but there are butt chewing for it if you don't meet goals.An inventory specialist is paid almost the same as the associates at $17/hour and it is ridiculous. I've done REAL inventory and never had an issues. Even going to another store for "training" they told me they have no idea why I was sent there because I knew what I was doing. If the managers weren't worried about getting in each other's pants or staying in the office flirting all day maybe everyone else wouldn't feel so ran down and quit. 🤷‍♀️

They carry a wide range of different types of quality products. Most of the staff is wonderful and is willing to assist you in any way possible. However, there is one cashier who works in the evening and is very rude every time I go in to shop an online order. He refuses to offer any type of assistance, causing it to take twice the time it should to fill an order.

Watch your dates and prices. The store has an issue with rotating stock apparently. Also, if an item is on clearance make sure it rings up properly. Item didn't ring up for clearance price, when I questioned it the girl at the register condescendingly told me that she had just checked this and the clearance price was for the old packaging.If you just checked it, and there was no product with old packaging take the clearance tag off the shelf.Also, don't be a condescending. It turns what would have been a "meh, whatever" situation into a negative review on Google.

Posting anonymously because I have old friends and family that work here, but this Walgreen’s is really nice form the outside and horrible on the inside:-Stuff often expired by multiple months just sitting on the shelf that apparently the managers never spot check at all (leadership is at fault of course since if they’re not making sure stuff is right, why are they there??)-Employees constantly leaving the store to smoke or talk on their phones outside, barely anyone inside but maybe one person probably getting paid the least to do the majority of the work.-Stuff constantly getting pushed off by daytime manager because she doesn’t want to do it but then also apparently constantly complains about the night shift managers not getting anything done (like because you left them extra work??)-Not to mention that they make people wait hours to take any breaks because they stay in the back or outside to avoid dealing with customers. (Apparently by their own mouths they hate the customers and don’t want to have to interact with the people who are the reason for their job)-Worst of all is that the manager is literally never even near the register anytime I’ve ever had anything happen to need them to come help with the register or approve or override something. (If they’re like so important to the register, why aren’t they just there or super close all the time??)The regular employees there are always very kind and helpful and apologetic too which is the saddest part, as anyone who works retails or has already knows, they also get the brunt of all the whiny and loud mouthed customers that are rude or actin ignorant or just being in general annoying or childish or whatever. Like the place is only nice because it is propped up by the Walgreen’s brand. If it was controlled only by the local managers that’re there during the day it would go out of business in months, and that’s big exaggerating for real.No joke if friends/family wasn’t working here I’d never step foot here anymore because of what I’ve heard from diff people that work there now or in the past. Walmart sells the same brand stuff anyways and for cheaper because Walgreen’s loves to price gouge ya (watch their item prices get raised before they “go on sale”) to trick you into buying them because they’re on sale and not actually save anything.A decent dollar store or similar place right across the intersection from them would destroy them because of their prices alone.

Love walgreens I like that you can get covid and flu shots there also it used to be alot easier to get them though here lately I've had a time getting my grandson second covid shot he's only 5 and he's had his first one and he's almost 3 weeks overdue for his second one everytime I take him or make a appointment they are out of the shot it's very disappointing....

I give 2 stars because other employees were wonderful but a woman at the photo desk was very unprofessional and not helpful what so ever. I was trying to ask questions for printing a photo from my phone, she didn't really know (which is fine) but she just walked away and didn't even offer to attempt to help. Cruddy customer service.

My husband to have his medicine filled and then when he goes to pick it up they say it was never called in. So he proceeds to have them fill it and of course it takes sometime so he left and came back in about 15 minutes and the same car that was sitting in the drive thru when he left was still there. The ladies working at the pharmacy were very rude and did not apologize for not filling his medication on the day he called nor apologize for the wait or the rudness. Honestly it makes me not want to do business with that Walgreens because of there staff. Not only did this happen but he left his ID and no one called and let him know. They were just gonna let him drive around without his license. Wow so petty.

They have been my pharmacy for about 10years, I was at Walgreen South in Madisonville, they keepgiving me other people scripts,soI would have to go back and tell them they screwed up. Walgreens north, they have there stuff together. I had changed to CVS, butreally thinkingabout returning to Walgreens north. The staff there is so much more friendly and polite which ireally APPRECIATE it. Thank you KR

Very unhappy about the new pharmacy hours. I am being forced to move my medications to another store much farther away. 6 pm is ridiculous. Many of us don't even get off work until 6 or later. And they are closed during my lunch breaks..
