No one at Service Desk at 5pm during the week.No coverage for staff and departments during prime shopping times."She went to lunch" is the only answer when asked if anyone is manning the desk.I asked if there was a supervisor or anyone to cover the Service Desk during the person's lunch and response is "uhhh, I think I can get someone".Failure to schedule coverage means management should be on the floor during staff breaks.Bad organization throughout the entire store, starting with Management.Very disappointing, will not be shopping here on the regular.

They have Floral arrangements online for sale and balloons. Theost ironic part is I just found out that since the Floral is not really Kroger the items you see online are not what you would actually get when ordering because they go through different florist and what you may think you're paying for isn't what you're going to get! That seems to me like it would be false advertisement, and you don't call and ask about it then you would never know if you had them delivered. 🤦🤦

3rd time I've been and found rotten and moldy produce on sale. There were flies buzzing around the exposed and unbagged produce, and just generally seemed incredibly unsanitary. It has to be some sort of health code violation because there is no way a lot of that produce was safe to eat. Pair that with an incredibly low diversity of products meaning I rarely find what I need, and when I do it's often out of stock, and shopping here is miserable. I've started driving an hour out of my way to other places just to avoid shopping here.

Store was clean, cashiers and floor associates were extremely helpful. Assistance at the self checkout is always on top of things even when busy. Customer service is fast when it comes to your requests. Floor plan is organized and isle sign are very descriptive.

Very disappointed. Make sure you are checking the dates on your products from this store because i had to waste a lot of time searching for anything not expired a year ago..

We order a sandwich tray every year at Christmas from Kroger. We have done this the last 10 years or so. What has happened to their quality? Very skimpy on bread selection of meats and cheeses. Presentation was horrible. Not very appetizing. My 6yr old granddaughter could have made a better tray. Lesson learned!!

I was in today to pick up Christmas Dinner that was ordered a couple weeks out.i went to pick up a day early because the weather issues being real bad for Friday the deli Associates did not want to help me told me I would have to come back the next day that is UNACCEPTABLE I DROVE OVER AN HOUR TO PICK IT UP.THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT TO FILL AN ORDER.I WAS TOLD THE GIRL THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO DO MY ORDER WAS ON THE REGISTERS UP FRONT AND THE OTHER DELI PERSONEL DID NOT WANT TO FILL MYNORDER

The staff is always so helpful and friendly at the store. The prices are great and they have beautiful flowers. It is usually crowded here and the parking lot is busy, but it is just because everyone want to shop here.

I like the small cards and most time they have what you need. I also like the fact they hire mentally challenged people to do the grocery bagging. It remind me of a store up in New York called Wegmans.

Absolute worst experience ever! I sat in the drive through for 1hr, 27 minutes and the Pharmacy Tech had the absolute worst attitude of anyone I have encountered. I sat in front of the window for 13 minutes before he even acknowledged me. Once he asked me for DOB, it was an additional 27 minutes before he even came back to the window. When he finally came back there was zero customer service - no, I'm sorry you had to wait or Here's what happened - Nothing. He told me my total, threw the bag at me and never even said thank you or have a nice day. I would highly recommend going elsewhere as my wife and I are. I couldn't have even written a worse experience than this.

The people are friendly but someone needs to learn what Inventory control means... They are out of stock on a lot of items all the time. First, if you are going to put an item on sale, MAYBE you should prepare for that to be a "hot" item and have more in stock... Once they were completely out of stock for Squeeze Parkay.... Now tell me... How much of a demand is that?

Better Customer Care needed-Having work done on my teeth my husband purchased Kroger brand soup for me instead of Campbells. As husbands go didn't keep receipt on food. Was given a very hard time of the return just wanted to exchange.Heard the usual "It's our policy" Voiced my opinion that I was upset. ALL the monies we spend yearly and you can't return 10 cans of soup?? Then to put icing on the cake after shopping went to the register and the same girl was bagging. I didn't notice at first when I did she standing there bad mouthing me to two other employees and the customer before me. Highly upset then. I've worked retail before and we were not allowed to bad mouth the store and or customers especially. I will remember this experience and go out of my way to not shop at this store!

Good visit. A lot of changes going on which makes it hard find the items that have been relocated. I couldn't find the canned fruit and ask. It was up front on shelves by the self checkers. Who would have thought. I would have seen them on my way to check out. Otherwise, it was a good visit.

Kroger is a great market, if you have and use the Kroger card program. I'd you do not use it, it is a very expensive store. But they do have a good selection of products, even some pretty good beers. They also sell gasoline, and if you use the Kroger card you can get cents off your gas, making it a great value. It's all a big system to keep you in their "ecosystem". But since it actually saves customers money, it's a good thing. They also have a great digital coupon system that can save you money.

Have loved this store since it opened. Produce is the best in our area and the people are helpful, restroom has always been clean and if I've ever had a problem with my receipt or product being out of date, they've always settled fairly.

Nice store. Employees are helpful and kind. Produce has large selection. Meat dept is very good too. Plus, they are one of the few stores left that help you to your vehicle with you groceries.

Have some really good sales. They do need more cashiers r learn when the busy times r. Hint- Fridays, time for certain type of checks to come out, I when people r getting off work, when bad weather is coming, Sundays after church, just to name a few

It's really ridiculous to constantly have to check dates on things I buy. Or to see things that are moldy, wilted, or just nasty at your grocery store when you expect fresh food. It doesn't exactly scream "we take care of our customers and have quality control here." Another thing, they stock in the middle of the day .Or rather leave the stock in the isle on weekends when everyone is trying to shop.

Some employees are rude. Also, I suggested "good karma" probiotic drink, they never got it, saddens me. This Kroger is growing too popular for its parking lot size and store size. On the plus side, there's always good deals.

Normally I'd give it 5 but not this trip. Tried to do the one day only 5× digital on the Tyson chicken, but my cashier was not in a good mood and didn't want to be there obviously. She attempted to stop me at 5 bags, I said oh well I still wanted to buy more bags and I even said if I had to pay full price I would, then she said well there is a limit of 10??? I had to give everyone else a chance to get some. Now if I agreed to pay full price on the rest there should have been no reason to stop me it's my money and she basically refused to take my money. And cost Kroger's one hell of a sale. But I called corporate before I went to make sure that I could purchase 25 bags, and our conversation is recorded time stamped verifying that yes u can get up to 25 bags beginning at 12:01 am. She told me I couldn't until 3 am? I said it is a Saturday sale only and today is Saturday. Very very upset that she refused my sale
