Can't believe the horrible conditions in which the parrots and small mammals are living in. You have no business selling anything other than fish in the middle of nowhere town Kentucky. I mean there aren't even any exotic vets for people to take their bird or ferret to if they get sick. What's the point in making a buck off these suffering animals

Would give -5 out of 5 if I could. This store is like every other retailer, cares about nothing other than their money. Anyone with the slightest of a brain and compassion knows you should not have this many beardies in this small of a tank, let alone even have them together. Not to mention the employees are all stuck up snooty & rude which is funny given how little they know about the animals they’re wrongly housing/selling. Praying for this businesses downfall because it’s companies like this that don’t deserve to be open.

Bear and all the employees are so nice and helpful. We drive from a different county to come. Birds, Bearded Dragon, Hermetic Crabs and crickets. One hundred percent recommend for everyone.

Their fish tanks are well maintained. They have a great variety of fish, and they have the largest quantity of fish supplies I've sent in west Ky and west Tn.

They have attitude problems and a few animals look sickly and over packed in a few tanks/cages but price is pretty decent. They have pretty much everything needed for almost any animal but then again they are the ONLY pet store in town for exotics. But I got my big man from them as a baby.

This is animal abuse. Bearded dragons CANNOT be housed together. The lighting is atrocious, and the size of the tank for 4 fully grown dragons is WAY WAY too small. This proves they either do not know how to care for pets, or are not willing to provide the necessary habitat for their pets. this is disgusting and i would not recommend you support this establishment.

The customer service was spot on. I was asked if I needed help when I came in and I told him I would later and he came back right on time to assist with the fish that my daughter wanted. I had a few feeding questions and they were very helpful.

If something you could not find at other stores you will find it here. Smells like a pet store, but if you're an animal lover you will understand. I think they do grooming here also, next time I'll ask and repost.

They have a lot of animals, no dogs or cats but birds, fish, reptiles and gerbils and hamsters. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Always ready to help you out.

Ball pythons should NEVER be kept with multiples in a tank. There was no hide provided. The substrate used in their tank can cause respiratory infections.I will absolutely never come back here.

Outstanding place to buy a good stock of fish I personally can't speak on the other aspects of the store. I'm sure it good too but if you want to buy from knowledgeable small business sellers there are not many in the area aside from E&L I drive from Hopkinsville to buy my stock from them.

Reptiles aren't taken care of right or in the right terrarium and no UVB for them causing deformations from metabolic bone disease. And also dirty carpets and tanks. They had 2 adult bearded dragons together, and one was missing a finger. And had a chameleon in a small glass tank with only a hammock. It was very sad to see

Absolutely appalling conditions for their exotic pets. I don’t think i’ve ever seen such negligence and careless for pets from any other pet store. 3 full grown bearded dragons in a 40 gallon tank without proper lighting for “breeding” is just deplorable. I wouldn’t even keep a single, juvenile dragon in that tank, it is so horrendously irresponsible. Don’t sell reptiles if you don’t know how to care for them.

E and l pets does not carry snakes nor do they have a pet snake they have raised thousands of lizards and never had a problem their spiders are also not on mesh. Dude below me needs to actually go in there and quit stealing old reviews
