I’m giving a three bc I bought a cat two days ago and he’s infested with fleas. We didn’t see them until we got home. The place says they don’t accept pets with fleas and that they do not do general flea checks since there “all inside cats” there very friendly but unless u have money don’t get a animal my kitty is infested with fleas and we have to come up with extra money we don’t have to clear them up.

The woman owner was rude and tries to GURANTEE my service dog would urinate in her store. I told her he went on command and wouldn't go in her store but she acted like a real karen. Don't assume everyone's dog will go to the bathroom in your store. If the dog is not trained, ask the owner to keep their dog in the car.The male owner and female coworker were nice. They were friendly and non judgemental.

Pet Wash Room is easy, convenient, and works great. Great for my daughters Bernese Mountain Dog to get a bath! Also, convenient for when your dog might have been out at Mahr Park and need a clean up!

I’ve taken my golden doodle to one other groomer and they butchered her hair so I was so worried about her getting another bad cut! I’m so happy to say that when I picked her up from Calhouns’s she looked and smelled awesome!! And their supplies are endless! I could spend a lot of money in there!!!

Good store, solid prices and helpful staff. We also meet the fish truck to stick ponds here. Convenient location! Call ahead to book your fish...this is one of the last stops.

When I took my poodle there to get her hair cut, she had long pretty hair on her ears. When I picked her up, her ears had been sheered and the edge if her ear was cut with the scissors and she was bleeding profusely. Before I could get her home she had bled all over her white coat. She will never be taken back to Christina. To the owner, you better look again because my brother was with me and it is NOT A FABRICATION! Ask Christina...she remembers it if she will admit to it. But that's ok. If this post saved one little dog from her it was worth it.

Was looking for a local alternative to E&L Pets since they are requiring masks to shop there. Turns out, this place is only doing curb-side for now and will be requiring masks afterwards. Looks like Rural King will be getting my money for pet supplies. Sad to see since I want to support local businesses.

We bring our dogs here for the dog wash often usually a good deal today we could not get soap to come out of the sprayer but once we told the employee they took care of us!
