Staff was kind. Not overly friendly. Shelves were well stocked. Store was clean. Merchandise has become somewhat pricey over years. Do not like having to purchase paper bags for my merchandise. Would I go back? Most likely.

I went in to buy furniture Twice now and no one ever takes the time to wait on me.. So it looks like Todd’s gets my money again.Big Lot’s if you want people to spend over $2000 on furniture you need to teach your employees better.. I could have waved my cash in the air and no one cared at all..

I can't think of a better way to discourage customers from buying a lot of merchandise than making them BUY BAGS to take it home in! Just a reminder, there is nothing I can buy at Big Lots that I can't buy somewhere else, that will give me a bag. Dumbest idea ever!

Everything is great, except......they charge 10 cents per paper bag when you buy anything. They are plastic free.

This is a bargain store with bargain prices and bargain knickknacks. The parking lot is large, easy to get in and out quickly, and lots of cheap toys for the kiddos. This was my first visit to a Big Lots, and I cannot imagine going here often, but it seems like the perfect place to get a bunch of cheap toys for a birthday party. There are also a lot of inexpensive interior design options that would be nice to make a house feel warm for next-to-nothing prices.

The Halloween decoration I went to purchase was sold out but I did find a Blu-ray of The Return of The Living Dead for a good price. Coperate needs spend some money to fix up their restrooms. The staff was friendly.

Went in to get an air fryer on black Friday sale. Ended up getting one for a friend. Good prices for a good product.Divine experience! Upon entering, I immediately snagged a shopping cart from where they are stored (just to the right as you enter). I needed a decent coffee maker. Heading to the appliance area to the rear of the store, I quickly found a Hamilton Beach that fit my needs. Then, coffee. Found some new Maxwell House coffee, so thought I'd try that. Well, what's coffee without cookies. So I got some coconut cream cookies, sorta like Oreos. On I trekked to the Styrofoam plate section to pick up some bowls. Off to the register. I got a friendly greeting from the clerk who asked for my phone number. Wow, hope I get a call! I must have gotten better looking. Anyway, she efficiently checked me out, and I went on my way. Overall, a delightful shopping experience I can recommend without hesitation no matter who you are.They now charge a dime for a shopping bag.

Yo super disappointed with this place. I went in looking for a couch The lady said she would hold a couch for me so when I come back to pick up the couch it's been sold to another person. Then I tried to pick another couch and they're out of stock. so I opted for another couch to see if I could get it at a discounted rate due to the fact that they sold the couch that I had put my name on (to come back and get), they couldn't do that.... The customer service at this place is just awful I am truly disappointed and I don't think the manager would be very pleased knowing that his employees gave up a huge sale because they didn't want to go to the back and pull the couch off the rack. I even opted to help move it and do it all on my own All he had to do is bring it out from the back and he didn't want to do that.. I recommend shopping somewhere else.

Plastic bags are gone, they make you pay for paperbags, and they aren't durable. Store looks awful, leaky roof, 30 totes full of water, smells like ammonia, hopefully nobody uses or drops any bleach in that store. It's almost sickening to be in there.

Well I did like big lots until now. We just left the store feeling hated. The guys who drive the floor cleaning machines pretty much chased us out the door with a mad look on their face. Did not feel welcome at all. Probably won't be back for a pretty long time.

It's Big Lots. Semi discounted and a variety of merch. They sell furniture, food, household products, kitchen merchandise, linens, garden merchandise.New to me was HAVING to purchase a BAG to hold my purchases. ?!?!

Every employee I encountered was friendly, helpful and respectful. The furniture in the showroom is a wide variety of quality pieces and they have a leasing program that is affordable for almost any budget. I'm getting ready to make some purchases soon myself. Thanks Big Lots for giving me the opportunity to make some purchases possible for my Social Security budget.

I was very surprised at the selection of merchandise that was available. The store was clean and organized well. They were setting their Christmas merchandise, and were very busy, even at that a gentleman that i thought to be the store manager stopped and asked if we needed help. We will be back again.

The best stocked Big Lots I have been. I saw so many things I can't find at other locations especially electronics, holiday, and pet items. And all for a lower price than stores like Walmart and Target.

I was kinda shocked how empty some shelves looked.. BUT what was on them were very good deals and really great looking gifts!! I havent been in there in a very long time.. i journeyed thru the entire store, alone without being quickly shuffled thru, the employees were so nice, store isles were wide and clean and im excited to go back for things for our upcoming home!!

This, like dollar stores are always overpriced . I guess its convience. I feel sorry for people who have to shop here. Just bought a couple of flavored waters ,on sale. Sales associates were friendly.
