I showed up on a Monday morning as soon as the doors opened which is probably the busiest day of the week for such a business. And my truck was serviced and i was driving off the property a lot sooner than i had anticipated.I was well pleased in their customer service which i would rate at 9.0 or a little better.

I had a very expensive estimate from another shop, and Automotive Express was recommended by a friend. They did the repairs quickly, correctly, and for a substantial amount less. Communication was excellent. I’ll definitely be back.

I absolutely love this place. I’ve had problems with my caddy for a while. And the last place took it to did me wrong. This place is amazing they check your car out and fix what needs to fix. They call you with estimate before even start. Tells you if anything else is wrong with it from what you brought it in for. They have spoiled me. I will be taking all my cars here. Yall should too. Absolutely amazing people and place.

I was not impressed with this establishment. Took my car here due to engine making strange noise only to be told without fully checking it out that my vehicle needed extensive repairs. Asked them to check something else and never got a call. Car sat there for a week with no phone call and then when I went down there I was charged 200.00 and car still not fixed. Yes this was for your establishment!!!!!

absolutely some of the best service and hospitality i’ve ever had. my car started breaking down in the middle of a 4hr drive and i stopped here at random, 10min before they closed. the owner (bryan) stayed late for me and had my car fixed within an hour including ordering part, etc.genuinely kind hearted, talented, helpful people. highly recommend! :)

If you're looking for an honest, reliable mechanic, look no further. I've been bringing my Jeep Wrangler here since I moved back to the area and I'm always very happy whether I've brought it in for an oil change or any issues the Jeep has had. They are always great about getting it scheduled and communicating the issues, letting me know the status of parts that need to be ordered, how long the repairs will take, etc.I can say without a doubt they are honest because I took my vehicle in when the speedometer needed to be recalibrated, and I was given 2 or 3 quotes depending on the complexity of the recalibration, and they were able to get it done with the lowest quote I was given.Services: Auto body & trim repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change
