Rude staff. Laughing at our problems. Dog is deathly sick and our primary vet was closed, ACM would not expect him. Said they weren’t taking any new patients. That “their time was better reserved for their own patients”. As they currently were lounging around and not caring any other animal atm.

They have been wonderful working with us to help our dog. She was hit by a mini motor bike and they have been such wonderful caring people making sure she is as comfortable as she can possibly be. Very thankful for them!

These people are literally ANGELS on Earth!!😭❤️🙌I brought our cat Sheba down because I accidently gave her the wrong type of medicine for her eye (very long and stressful story), and the staff here took her right in and got our sweet girl back to her ol' self!! They assured me that she would be okay and that accidents happen, and I had such a peace dropping her off and picking her up later in the day.This past week, you all have sold us into being forever clients!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you, thank you, thank you for all you do!!

Very bad communication with meds instructions. Lacks compassion. My dog suffered with the wrong treatment and got worse and it was suggested that I wait another 24 hours before they would see him. Terrible experience for me and my dog.

I absolutely love this place. The first time I took my dog here, she seemed to be right at home. She went to the front desk and popped herself up there to say hello. They greeted her like she was part of the family.Any time I have questions, they are great at answering . They are just generally amazing. The staff is very friendly and they offer daycare and overnights which is great for me as I do like to travel and can't always take my dog with me.I definitely recommend them if you're looking for a good vet.

Dr hollomon was not only rude but extremely disrespectful to a good friend of mine yesterday she came to my business crying and i had to console her i would not suggest this veterinarian to anyone local or coming from out of town no where up to par to dr steadly. He couldn’t hold steadlys stethoscope!

I have been taking my cat here for 12 years. They are very nice to us and extremely helpful with any questions I ask. They are also the only place that grooms and trims cats which I am SOO greatful for since I have a long hair cat.Update: it has now been 16 years and they are just as great as they were when I started taking my car there. I couldn't ask for better, nicer receptionists and great groomers who make sure my long hair cat looks her best (plus hygienic reasons). This was the first and only place I would go!

These folks are absolute saints. In the middle of leave visiting family before moving to the next duty station we realized our dog needed care sooner than later. We knew the care would require a surgery and figured everyone would turn us down. Call after call we were turned away until we called here. They said “bring him in and we will take care of him” and have been absolute blessings to our dog and us. I cannot begin to express how thankful we are to this place and how well they have handled all of this. I wish there was a way to give more than 5 stars because they deserve so much more.

Dr Enright is very knowledgeable, and he was very thorough in explaining everything to me. The staff was super friendly, and the rooms are really clean and beautifully updated. I would highly recommend this vets office to anyone!

Our. Yorkie puppy was very sick , we went in without an appointment on a Saturday and they were very aggressive with his care . That was exactly what the situation called for and he responded well to the treatment . We were very grateful to everyone involved in his care .

I have 5 dogs. I have been taking them here since I moved back here 10 years ago. Dr Turley is the best. The staff is awesome and professional. The facility is state of the art.

I've been taking my babies here for years! No one else I trust with my beloved pets. O lost everything in the December 2021 tornado and that included my sweet girl Bella. She was traumatized had some injuries and due to her age the humane thing was to let her go to sleep. The staff cried with me.They let me take my time with her and hold her. They made sure she had her favorite blanket and toy with her and they made me paw and nose prints. I knew the staff here was great, but this showed me the true hearts of the people who take care of our pets. They have hearts of gold! I will never forget how kind we were treated the day Bella crossed the rainbow bridge.

My dog hates the vet, has some difficulty getting into the building especially since I can’t go in with her. Last time, she was brought back out to me and nothing was mentioned or aggression. They handed her back to me, gladly accepted my payment and we went on our merry way. When I called to make an appointment, they mentioned she would have to be sedated because of her aggression the previous time. I was NOT informed of this until I called to make an appointment.

Not only does it look nice and clean inside, the people really do take care of your pets. Everyone I've met was super nice and invested in your pets' care. We took our cat to get spayed and they did a great job of making her calm. They kept for about 7 hours and when we picked her up she was calm and didn't look like she was in pain. The vets did a great job of taking care of her and they were very joyful when talked to. Love this vet!

I called 1st thing this morning to have my dog seen and they got him in. The staff that works there are the sweetest that I have ever encountered. Dr Turley I feel the same about and trust her opinion more than anyone. I feel like our baby is in the best of hands when he is there. We drive over 40 miles one way just to go because of the caring staff.

Great place to take you pet to get the care they deserve. Very friendly staff helped my dog out with some urinary issues and were very fair with the pricing.Came back a few weeks later to grab some flea medicine and the lady I talked to even remembered my pets name, good on you.Thanks for being caring and professional, keep up the good work guys!

Took a ride with my father to get his new member of the family looked at after his surgery. They came right out to check the condition of the pup. They gave an antibiotic and steroid to help out with inflammation. They seem well organized and caring.
