Nice people. A little big disorganized but overall it had the essentials and good service. Only issue I had was that using my cash app card with my Google pay app so I had to step aside and transfer some money to another physical car to get my items paid for. Not sure if it was an NFC compatibility issue but the verifone payment option seemed to not work

Guy working here was cool and did the best he could but he was having technical issues with the registers not being able to scan items. So he had to punch in item after item for every order. Amazing how you can have an employee that will gladly do his job yet seems ownership or management doesn't care to provide the necessary resources

Thought it might get better after the remodel but same old problems resurfaced right away. Always behind on restocking shelves, constantly running out of bags, employees attitudes leave a lot to be desired and that can be traced directly to the management. If it wasn't the only game in town, I doubt it would still be in business.

I understand some of the comments on this review of the Ludlow Family Dollar. You have got to understand about the store and it’s store manager she is new to this. I was hired on October 20, 2017 at first to come in the store to recover the whole store than it was to run cash register than to put stuff on the shelves. If you don’t like the way the store is bring it to her attention stop talking behind our back. We are only human! If you want to go somewhere else to do your shopping than do somewhere else! I stand behind my store manager 100% I love my job and I try very hard to make the store look better than what it does! If you need help ask one of us don’t do it yourself! That means with anything! I love everyone I work with! That means Amanda White, Amanda Morgan, Erin, Thomas, Chanz, Crystal! Thanks for your understanding and patience with us at this time!

Tried to call here for a week but no one would answer when I knew they were open. Finally got the chance to stop there and they ha e a phone but it has never been connected since they had some work done in there on the floors which has been quite a long time.

A year ago we were shopping in this stire and while shopping my wife found a needle in the candy by the counter. We were scared to buy any grocery food or candy from this store! As the management haschanged this store has regained our trust. We appreciate how hard they have worked to keep this store clean and professional. Thank You.

Only giving one star because I have too. This store has gone WAY DOWN hill sense it Opened. The store is disgusting and dirty and they obviously don’t care about COVID requirements. None of the employees were wearing mask and they obviously aren’t following cleaning standards. The place was a disaster.

I'm not sure where to start. Let's say the last 3-4 months this place has went down hill fast! Every time I have attempted to go there it is a complete disaster. Stuff is in the isles, boxes everywhere and stuff just slung. Something happened to this store it used to be wonderful. It is literally the only store around my home. Now I rather drive 15min instead of 2min to go elsewhere. Very disappointing😟

They like to make there own hours They close when they want never have enough people working only 1 person that has to run the register and stock they'll be outside smoking when your ready to check out.

This family dollar sucks at least when the other manager was there the shelves were stocked since this new manager took over she has no clue what to do... Some of her assistant managers need more training instead of thrown into a position no customer service skills and have no clue how to do things on a register .. can not walk through the store unless you move things out of the way product everywhere store is messy as hell ....

Terrible nothing is marked for price your left guessing if you should buy it or not it looks like they ran out of stock bare shelf's with broken items or random bunches of items together not marked at all, clothing items of what they did have was still stocked for winter time all long sleeves and sweats, the drink section is completely empty your left with what people don't want to buy, I'd rather go to any place but here.. absolutely bare bones left with no stocking ability or stock

It’s 1 in the afternoon and the store still isn’t open the shelves are never stocked anymore,it’s been smelling like weed the last couple days, they leave one person in there all day/night by themselves while they other 2-3 people sit outside playing around this place needs shut down

They need to start opening up at 9am and they need to do something like clean there floor or put a new floor down because the floor they have now is really really NASTY it makes you really think about not buying anything from that store .Thank youSteven L Bright

This is the absolute worst store open in Ludlow other than the grocery store beside it. Poorly managed with high school dropout employees that can't count forwards or backwards. No wonder Ludlow continues to sink to new lows everyday. This store is filthy, full of shoplifters, and merchandise so cheap they can't give it away. Somebody do Ludlow a favor and close this dime store and maybe the employees will decide to go back to grade school and find some skills worth while.

This place has always been kind of a joke. But as of today I found out that they don't even have any grocery bags anymore and was told to "not hold my breath," as to when they'll have them again. I don't think I'm going to go there anymore...
