I am very happy with this company !The windows look fabulous! They are sooo easy to open and close, clean. It is very easy to adjust the screen to your liking (an important feature to me !)Your team was super nice, competent and professional ! The work is well done and they left my house spotless.One of the employees took the time to have me test the windows. He modeled how, then let me do it myself (great teaching technique!)It just made me feel more confident !Everyone was so polite, personable and responsive !A great feel-good experience !!Thank you !!

We had a new front door installed. It was smooth from start to finish. The salesman Branden was personable and friendly. The installation crew and technician who measured were kind, quick, and professional. It came in quicker than expected as well. They had the old door out and new one installed completely in a little over 4 hours.

Our first meeting for a quote with Matt was so enjoyable. He was down to earth and he brought product with him so that we could see and feel in person. He answered all our questions and those he didn’t know his manager got back to him in less than 10mins each time. The screen door for the sliding patio door is amazing! My husband and I took turns punching holes into the screen with a pencil and then rubbed the screen and watched as the hole went away! I don’t remember the name of the technology but with two cats and a dog this durable screen had me sold! Also they offer a TRUE lifetime warranty covering “acts of God” such as hail, tornado and other non controllable events. None of the other three companies we had out were able to offer that which means they really weren’t offering a lifetime warranty which seems shady. Windows Plus covers everything!On install day we had a call they were about 30mins away which gave us time to secure the pets and clear out around the patio door. He arrived on time and was friendly. He arrived at 9am and was finished around 1pm! I was very pleased how quick the work was done and also cleaning up the debris.

I must say that this company got our business because of it's persistence.They initially came out and did their first presentation(about 1 1/2 hrs)and we deemed that it was going to be too expensive.They kept calling to come out to give them another chance at our business and after several tries,they came back to talk to us again.They sold us on the health aspects of doing a tub to shower only conversion and met us with an affordable plan.They were upfront about the timeline (which was going to be about 6-8 weeks) and after some time, just when we got to wondering if we had been jipped,they called us and said that they were ready to set our installation date.IN ONE DAY, our old tub was gone and our new shower installed.We love it!! It makes our bathroom look lightyears better and I am no longer frustrated when I enter my bathroom.I must give a shout out to the representative( which we later found out was his first sale) but I can't remember his name.He was very thorough and kind.The only thing I would suggest is some type of communication timeline that says what steps you are in such as your product is being made,your product has shipped,you will be getting a call soon,etc so that you aren't thinking have these people taken my money and ran.Other than that,I would highly recommend!

Today, April 19, 2024, I had a new sliding glass door installed. The installers, Dallas and Doyle, were absolutely wonderful! They worked continuously until the job was finished and it made such a difference in my family room area. They were very professional in their work and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. I only regret I didn't have this done years ago! I would definitely recommend Windows Plus for anyone wanting a new patio door. I've also had them install a walk-in shower and what a difference that update has made! If you're looking for either of these items for your home, I can highly recommend Windows Plus. I'm sure you will be as pleased as I am.

From beginning to end, we were very satisfied with WindowsPlus. We love our two new sliding doors. The three gentlemen who came to install the doors were very efficient, even with the amount of rain we had that day. The install only took a few hours. So we ordered $20,000 of windows awhile back. We had unexpected delays & then on window delivery day, they were missing our large window. We did get that installed within a couple weeks which was appreciated. We had to miss 2 days of work due to rescheduling & making sure we are home when they came back to install the rest when we were originally told 1 day install. However our windows had over 20 scratches on them, missing paint on the corner seams, scratches on the actual black finish, & gunked up areas. They came back out & gave us touch up paint, & sanded down the raised areas on the windows. After they left we noticed more areas that needed to be sanded down and weren’t. Then our awning kitchen window broke when we opened it, the two parts that locked the window came loose/off. They ordered replacement parts for that, & now the awning part for the window broke so I can’t open the window. They said they’d order another part for it. Now one of our screens on our windows has holes on it. It’s just one thing after another. We haven’t been offered any reimbursement, discounts or gestures that would be expected for such a hassle. The window installers themselves are super nice guys, so no complaints there. The office staff, not so much. They don’t communicate the best. I hate making bad reviews, as I know things happen but this experience has been very flustering, and to charge $20,000 for windows that are already coming scratched, messed up paint, excess gunk, & broken parts is really just unacceptable. We still don’t have a 100% working kitchen window, a replacement screen, or 100% smooth windows (referring to raised gunk). Honestly I’d probably pay extra & go somewhere else where you wouldn’t run into these issues.

Windows plus did a great job replacing several of our windows. From start to finish we had great communication and the job was done in a timely manner. We had about six windows replaced and the job was finished in one morning. The windows look like a perfect match to our existing windows. We would certainly use them again.

We could not be happier with the quality, customer service, and professionalism given by windows plus. Their crew were extremely polite, paid attention to detail, and even came back in the house to make readjustments, etc. once they were finished, they even hung new blinds for us in the garage that would have been difficult for us to install. In addition, they offered to reinstall the blind brackets to all of our windows. We decided to not rehang our blinds, but that was such a nice surprise! We did not expect that at all. They stayed late to finish the job and on top of that, installed the garage blinds. The sales rep that came out to our house was so patient and professional as well. He stayed till 9pm waiting on us to make a decision. Highly recommend!

Just had my windows replaced and I couldn’t be happier. The windows are very well built and look fabulous. The install crew was fast and friendly too. They were very respectful of my house, put down drop cloths at each window, and swept up when finished. Triple pane premium windows are expensive, but I am happy I paid to have a top quality window.

I got a new shower put in my tiny bathroom and I love it.My bathroom is really small and prior to the installation it was claustrophobic. It was also grimy and has been difficult to properly clean since moving in. I new that renovating the bathroom was a priority. My new shower has sliding glass doors and makes the room less dark and more comfortable to be in. The shower is safer than the previous tub/shower combo. I’m in love with my new shower and the job the workers did was great.My mom was there the majority of the time since I was at work and she helped me communicate with them if need be. They were nice to her and me when at home. When problems came up they were prepared to fix it. They also cleaned up after themselves.If something happens I know I can call them to get it fixed and that takes the stress off, especially as a first time homeowner.I highly recommend Windows Plus if you are looking for a bathroom renovation. Even if you are not sure, they are happy to answer any questions you may have.

From when Carter came out and took the time to show us all our door options, to the timeline around the installation, all the way to the final completion of the project there was always great communication. They showed up when they said and even got us installed 2 months earlier than expected - we knew there were supply chain delays but we were lucky that ours came early. The lifetime guarantee was such an amazing selling point and the relief we have now with quality doors is hard to explain after dealing with leaking doors and peeling exterior door frames. I couldn’t be happier!!

We had a pleasant experience with our salesperson Sean. He explained every option available along with samples, for our tub to shower conversion, from colors to hardware to warranty.It was a smooth process and we had our shower installed within 4 weeks. The installers arrived on time given by calling us the night before and told us they would be there. Once there, they explained the process and finished in 1 day... we love it!Thanks to all involved.

They would not look at my windows that just needed replacing due an object being thrown thru a couple of them unless my husband was there also. What is this the 1950s. The person I spoke to was very nice but I couldn’t believe they wouldn’t look at them without my husband being there so we can pick out colors and style - I just needed the window replaced to look just like that he others. Lost my business and I will definitely let others know about this policy.
