The first time I’ve been here in several years and came to return an Amazon item. Think I’ll go back when I have more time. I had the best shopping experience at the whole food market. Fresh vegetables beautiful fruits organic everything you want the meats are beautifully packaged. The store was so clean the people was so helpful I seen foods I never seen before in my life. I got to take a stuff that I wasn't familiar with. I loved everything I taste it I love all the new fruits and vegetables I bought home. Thank you whole food please bring some in all the neighborhoods.

Top tier of the hybrid shopping experience: start at Family Dollar / Dollar General, work up to Big Lots, then on to Kroger or Walmart grocery, then finish the shop by purchasing meats, fish, produce, and specialty items at Whole Foods. It is expensive but you get what you pay for in this life. They have some good stuff.

I went in today after Amazon "reduced prices by 20%" and found that groceries I normally would get did not go down in price significantly. The biggest change I saw was in regards to produce, which finally has gone down to a reasonable price. I would definitely suggest they try and lower the cost a little bit more because competitors offer plenty of organic options for similar or lower prices.On the plus side, the store is very nicely organized, the staff is always helpful, and some of the prime member deals can be very good. If you are an Amazon member I would definitely recommend taking a look occasionally, but otherwise look elsewhere.

Personally this is not the type of store I ever shop in. I went this time for something specific that my daughter wanted that could not find elsewhere. Though I recognize that eating healthier is important, the high prices make this a store that I personally cannot afford, unfortunately. The store is fairly well laid out, has well stocked shelves, and a nice variety. The checkouts are heavily reliant on self-service with minimal cashier lanes.

Sometimes it’s so abstract it’s odd but that makes it pleasantly unique! Bought special and unusual treats found here so it met the goal! The bakery is fabulous. The deli and hot/ cold food and salad bar are awesome. The meat department also offers unique specialties. It’s it pricey? Oh without question and perhaps over priced on many items, but the selection and offerings provided are fun, often quirky and for a targeted audience. In todays economy however, this peculiar grocer could be an option more than a necessity.

I went to the Whole Foods to buy some aspartame free chewing gum. On the way I planned afterward to walk over and get a fish sandwich, but the steamed dinner table items looked so delicious I ended up gathering dinner there and eating at Whole Foods. Dinner and salad bars are $ per pound. I ended up selecting a delicious dinner that weighed in at just under a pound. Included was the following delicious items: roasted beets, yellow curry tofu with carrots and green beans, buttered cabbage, roasted potatoes, buttered cod, salmon, pulled white chicken, pulled smoked pork, and apple cheddar brussels sprout slaw. Wow! I had a sample of all of the above but just enough to make for a wonderful and healthy dinner in both taste and proportions. Staff were keeping the food bars clean and even measuring temperatures for safety. Impressive. Thank you Whole Foods staff!

I've stayed away for years. I came back the other day to buy some vitamins. Bought 2 bottles of wine $50.00. ( good vitamins), They had both turned. They did give me my money back, so, I am bought 2 more bottles. One was 34 dollars, a Pinot Noir....I'm confident it has turned as well. I personally believe Whole Foods is buying their wine from some wholesaler that is storing it in an attic somewhere (in Phoenix). I'm going back to find my wines at Trader Joe's, Kroger, anywhere but here to buy your wine. Sorry whole Foods, pick another wholesaler. Your current is ripping you off!! One caviot: your wine buyer,... forgot Her name..., very sweet, very knowledgeable, she just needs a better place to work than the junkyard at Whole Foods. Keep her around if you can, just find her some place else to buy her wines!…

The Whole Foods in Louisville KY serves and reheats old pizza from the buffet display when customers order fresh pizza to go and trick you. They also use a dirty rag to wipe off the buffet areas around the food and serving spoons. Staff also puts prepared food out from the previous day (per staff after witnessing it) and mix it in with new food on the buffet. I get sick when I eat there and will not continue to eat from their buffet area.Update:Ask for the food from behind the glass and go early if you can when eating from the bar. The food tastes really good when fresh and as of 1/07/2024 they seem to be doing better with the dirty rag situation.

Whole Foods never dissapoints. I had never been to the Louisville store, all the staff were lovely and helpful as always. They had an amazing deverse selection of vegan pastries and sweets. The salad bar is always so fresh and colorful i have to make a salad everytime. I loved the self serve pizza station. They also have lots of spacious outdoor seating which was great for a bright sunny lunch.

Gum drop grapes and apples were amazing. Vegetables were the same as in other stores. Bakery items are super expensive. Pecan pie was too sweet for my liking !!!!! Overall, a four star for good products but quite expensive !!!
